Hello I am very confused about my recent dealing with this company Tickets Center. I went to purchase a Canadian Ticket to a show in Edmonton Alberta Canada through Ticket Master as I have purchased tickets through them before. Tickets Center inadvertently popped in and I purchased a ticket for $62.25 through them instead of who I thought was Ticket Master. I then got my credit card statement for $182.07 in US funds. I have been dealing with both Tickets Center and Ticket Master since I was overcharged and both companies are not willing to resolve this matter. I then went into my Ticket Master account and Tickets Center must have been able to purchase this $62.25 ticket then resale it at $182.07. I have my bank involved to dispute this charge.

I was curious why tickets I bought for $84 from TicketMaster were over $200 when my wife bought them. Turns out they publish the seats, buy the tickets from TicketMaster and then "transfer" the tickets to the purchaser. Total arbitrage on legitimate ticket sales and I would give them zero stars if I could. Major hassle and disputed the charge…

I would not use this site again. It has been a wake up call that I need to pay more attention to what websites I click on to buy things. The tickets I bought were being sold by the venue for $20, I paid $67. They don't offer refunds even though they haven't even bought the ticket yet. I want to die, honestly

Please buy from TICKETMASTER, not Tickets Centre. Tickets Centre buys tickets from Ticketmaster and resells them at a higher price. For Fiddler on the Roof, coming to the Calgary Jubilee Auditorium in January 2023, Ticketmaster ticket prices range from $45 to $150, which Tickets Centre prices range from $96 to $426. We were fooled when we bought tickets for Jesus Christ Superstar, but we won't be fooled again. Please spread the word.

Never buy tickets through Ticket-Center.com. I used them in April to buy 2 tix to Les Miz in Philly. Charge total $352.95. You don't know what tix you're going to get until 2-4 days before the show. Tix arrived: $69 seats each or $133. That's 2.6x the original price. And it's obstructed view, nosebleed section in balcony. I got scalped! Called Ticket-Center: they couldn't do anything, as the price is set by the vendor -- they're just middlemen (middlepeople?). Beware Ticket-Center.com; they're a rip-off.

I did not realize when I was purchasing my tickets for my event that I had been re-directed to this site. They charge exorbitant mark-up fees and once you realize you did not purchase from the venue you thought you were buying from and try to get a refund you get told: sorry, you checked the box saying you agreed to the terms. DO NOT USE THIS SITE!

Charge hundreds of dollars to purchase the tickets. Five times the cost of the actual tickets without any notice on how high the surcharge is.

This is the worst company ive ever dealt with they upcharged 175 dollars from what the tickets should have cost when i realized i got ripped off like 10 minutes later they would not refund me i hope u get shut down and im disputing the charges and you don't even deserve 1 star!

I bought tickets, that were already heavily marked up in price, which is entirely my fault. I didn't realize they weren't connected to a venue and I didn't realize they were a ticket reseller. I can accept that being my fault. However, when I placed the order, they took $110 MORE than the receipt said they would. And when I did a live chat, they "couldn't find my order". I called and I couldn't even speak to an agent at any turn. I will have to go through visa for a refund, which I might not get. That additional charge is groceries for the next two weeks, which I certainly can't afford to just lose due to fraud.

I messed up and bought some tickets to a concert from this website. It was the first option on Google, and I was not familiar with the portal, so I was not aware it was a predatory reselling portal and tickets still were available from the official seller at 25$ a piece, but TicketsCenter is the top alternative on google, so I missed this.

I ended up buying 2 tickets from TicketsCenter, with taxes and fees included, this ended up being more than 100$ per ticket.

No take-backs, no refunds. A definite bummer, make sure to check twice, and don't use this "service" unless you have to.

This site appeared when trying to buy tickets online for Orpheum Memphis, appearing to be the authorized site for Orpheum Memphis. After purchasing the tickets, I checked further and learned I'd not accessed TicketMaster.com, but rather Tickets-center.com. I further learned I'd paid $507 for tickets that thru TicketMaster would have cost about $200.

In viewing my receipt from their email, it leads to my TicketMaster account, not Tickets-Center.

I called Tickets-Center to log a complaint and was told I'd agreed to pay the price and the tickets were not refundable under any circumstances.

I disputed and AmEx is investigating.

Tickets-Center.com claims in one place on their website to have over 50,000 verified 5-star reviews. And a Google search I found a claim of 4.7 from 100K reviews: "Earned 4.7 of 5 rating from 100,000+ reviews from verified buyers. View reviews. View... Tickets-center.com touts as one of the three with reviews. I checked SiteJabber.com which shows 2,235 reviews and a rating of 3 stars.

ResellerRatings.com another of the three they reference shows 1,559 reviews and a 1-star rating.

This is a scalper site. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM! Purchase from TicketMaster instead.

So I purchased this ticket for 11/6/2022 Jo Koy Show. I did this on 8/19/22 through this place ticket centr which is truly a mistake. I thought this was ticket master. They claim in several calls that the ticket was sent on 8/22/2022 which I don't think I recieved it. The ticket was $173.00 and I am on a fixed income. I really like this guy so I bought the ticket. I haven't received my ticket and keep being told that the seller has to perform another transfer and to just monitor my email They won't give me the name of the sellers email that it will be sent from so that at lease I can do a search or how it will read for example: Jo Koy ticket. I will never buy another ticket from this place bad business.

Their website sold me seats in section G row 3... charged me $122 CAD each... then they send me my tickets - but they are STANDING ROOM ONLY tickets instead --- only worth $30 CAD... called 5 times now and won't refund or credit this purchase

Got royalty scam for two Brian Adam tickets in which i never got even by reaching to them 30 TIMES.
Beware... They are a fraud web site

Paid way over the face value for our band competition tickets. My fault as I didn't realize I wasn't purchasing directly from them or Ticketmaster until I received transfer tickets. They were almost triple the cost. Then when the tickets came through they said prelims only when I purchase and my tickets clearly stated they were for prelims and finals. After spending forever one night and the next day trying to figure out if they were valid tickets or not I got a confirmation that they were for all day. Well day of competition I could not get into finals and had to scramble at the last minute and argue with the people at the gate to get in to watch my kid perform. No fun at all!

I thought I was ordering tickets to the Carolina Opry from their website as this site was the first one that popped up. I purchased 8 tickets for $107 each, was charged $1110, and when we got to the venue, we noted that the actual ticket price from the Opry was $49.40 EACH! The Opry let me know that I had gone through a secondary broker and that I would have to deal with them. An honest mistake, but will not get my money refunded as this is not their policy. By the way, this event was not sold out! BEWARE OF THIS SITE!

Order & paid for tickets, didn't get them when promised! What a scam! You pay beyond market-lookout.
