The tickets we purchased are someone else's name on them and there is no way to validate how many tickets they have sold for the seat you purchased. When contacting the ballet company, they could not track the tickets and told us they were sold to another person and so they would not guarantee that we would be allowed the seats as we did not have valid tickets. And they charge us
3X more than the true value of the ticket. We purchased a new set of tickets from the Ballet company who has promised a refund up to 3 days before the date of the production we are attending. TicketsCenter will not refund our money but keep saying they want us to enjoy our experience and have advised us to try and sell these "fraudulent" tickets to someone else! Unbelievable! We have contacted PayPal and MasterCard fraud department!

I purchased two very expensive tickets to see my favorite comedian 8 months in advance. This company charged my credit card in full the next day. I call this company multiple times throughout the proceeding months to follow up as to when I should expect my tickets, every one I spoke with ensured me I would receive my tickets closer to the event day. The day of the event: I get a phone call from the company stating they DO NOT have my tickets! Understand that at this point, hotels have been booked, child care has been scheduled and personal lives have been adjusted accordingly. This company NEEDS to be forcibly shut down!

Ticket center is a reller, they jack up the prices. Go to the venue of your event and you will be able to buy tickets for the normal price or go to ticket master. Do not buy any tickets here, you will get ripped off!

I purchased 4 tickets in October to The Classic Nutcracker for December 18 in St. Paul, MN. When my cc was still not charged weeks later I went into an on-line chat with them where they explained the tickets would be purchased and e-mailed to me before December 17. Today, still no purchase had when made. I went into the venue site and tickets are on sale for 1/3 what I paid through Ticket-Center. When I chatted with them to cancel, they said NO CANCELLATIONS FOR CONFIRMED TICKETS. Even though no money has exchanged hands and no tickets are in hand, they will not cancel. Lesson learned. Don't ever buy tickets with this business. They are so unethical. I will tell the world.

Make sure you double check everything before you hit the purchase button. I just bought Christmas Carol tickets for $800. I'm like damn that is steep...and $44 per ticket service charge...Plus $12 to have them email the tickets to you. I figured Covid was driving the price up...these tickets are not some high dollar fancy theater...Regretfully i double checked the prices after my purchase and including fee's they were only $200 total...I'm getting fleeced for $600...ouch! I called customer service within 5 minutes and were told the tickets were already processed and there was nothing they could do. Offshore call center that sounded like she had explained the same story over and over again... I guess the higher ratings for this site is that you have a good chance of getting someone to bite and pay extra for your tickets. Totally immoral...don't do what I did...check all your options before using this place.

This organization are scammers. We thought we were buying tickets for professional nutcracker performance, but found out it was for a local kid ballet- the local kid ballet tickets were selling on their website for $18, we paid $60/ticket PLUS service fees! It was our fault for the mistake on what we were buying for but the prices are all their fault- it's disgusting they would charge that for a kid show. No refunds, nothing. They really should be shut down.

Someone needs to do something about this "company"! IT is a total SCAM. I bought the tickets and immediately called customer service to cancel, which took me several minutes of recordings and a fake chat that I was sent to online, before I got a very unprofessional, sarcastic employee from the Philippines ("Bernard"). They tell you there is no way to cancel your order after only 5 minutes of it being submitted. They talk as if the money is already out of their hands and your only recourse is to try to resell the tickets and scam someone else. Clearly, they are reading from a script that basically says "You've been scammed, but here is how you can prevent being scammed again". He was so disrespectful and raised his voice when I got more upset. I then sent an email and got the very same, scripted, response. The credit card company said they can't do anything either. Still have no seat assignment. Goodbye $300 right at the start of the Holiday season.

For anybody that is new to booking show tickets it is quite common to mistake ticket center for ticket master. But please beware! Ticket center sells tickets at twice the price. Big time scammers.

If the event that I want to go to sells the tickets through This Company "Ticket-Center" I will NOT go to the event. I WILL MISS THE EVENT IF I HAVE TO BUY MY TICKETS THROUGH TICKET CENTER! DO NOT BUY>>>> BUY FROM A SCALPER YOU WILL GET A BETTER DEAL!

They prey on senior citizens paying Google to have their ads listed only for seniors a certain age and above where they sell tickets that are widely available on Ticketmaster for 3x what it would cost. They word their ad that you believe you are going to the venue site. This is fraudulent in every way and we plan to report them to the state attorney general.

The tickets wouldn't transfer spent countless hours with them trying to resolve the issue. Tried calling and did live chats, which all resulted in dropped calls/chats. No solutions and no refunds. My advice— Ticketmaster

Purchased tickets and had questions, call the number on the email, was transferred and put on hold, then disconnected! I tried the live chat, type in order number, name, email address, billing zip code, kept getting no match, you can never reach a live person. The price i paid for the tickets was substantially over the the regular retail price! Rip off! I would not use this company again.

This website is a scam! I looked up a certain venue for tickets. The first link that showed up was that venues name large and bold. It did not occur to me to double check the link. I went on purchased the tickets which I thought was weird it took me to another site, I did not have to create an account and they seemed to be priced really high but again everything these days are expensive. Few days later still did not receive my emailed tickets. Go on venue website and they are not there. Go through emails and find one for tickets. It's from this computer. The tickets are also $135 more than the venue website. I tried to cancel and they do not allow cancellation. There is no numbers to talk to anyone just live chat. I went into my Ticketmaster account to purchase Disney on Ice tickets for my grandaughters (and their parents). Somewhere during the process Ticket center hijacked the communication and they are who I paid.
Now I've got no tickets, very disappointed grandgirls and I'm out $500.00. That money may not be a big deal to some but it is huge to me!

Beware! Dirty business.

They pay to get listed at the top of search results so you think resellers are the only option when it's not the case and there's no way to get your money back when you realize you've been had. Completely misleading and made me pay more than 2nd what I had to for event tickets. I will never knowingly do business with them again and if I could find a way to take legal action, I absolutely would. Seeing events has become a miserable process because of companies like this.

Incredibly unethical practices. I paid $700 EXTRA for two tickets. I then looked through ticket master where I found BETTER tickets for HALF the price I paid on Tickets-Center.com.

They have a strict NO REFUND/CANCELLATION/MODIFICATION policy because they KNOW they are participating in price gouging and do not want to refund upset customers.

I do not recommend this business to ANYONE.

So as you can see, their policies are unethical, they are price gouging, and their customer service is useless.

I bought a ticket to a concert and I got emails saying I would receive a link to my ticket, but never got another email. When trying to get into the concert another lady had the same issue with Ticket Center. She bought tickets and they never sent her an email to get the tickets. Don't waste your money! We ended up having to buy another ticket at the box office :/

Terrible scheming website, thought I was buying tickets that were already for sale and they weren't even up for presale, yet they still sold them. Do yourself a favor and don't use this site to but ANY tickets from
