This guys deserve to be in jail, this can't be legal. Confusing people and charging 4 times the real price. Someone needs to stop this

This company I feel rerouted me somehow from ticketmaster. They charged more than double for the tickets. I feel completely ripped off. I wish I could give them zero stars.

Could have gotten the same tix for half the price from Ticketmaster-which was the site I THOUGHT i was on. Ticket-center didn't even have guts to put in the paid price/ ticket on the stub-placed a low-ball phony number instead, not even close to the inflated amt.charged. Tried to reach you before writing this review but could only send an email & received no response from that. Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me. Never again will you see my $$$ ticket-center!

Purchased front row tickets for event and received almost last row. Company refuses to rectify and hung up on me.

Thinking we were purchasing directly from the national ballet of Canada, we were redirected to ticketcenter with a national ballet logo on the page. After buying our tickets we soon realized we had paid almost triple the official price, but no refunds are available for any reason.

I am so absolutely beyond angry. I ordered tickets for the wrong day, which are much more expensive at Tickets Center than on any other website. I also purchased ticket insurance, thinking that if I had to get a refund or cancel, I could. I received the confirmation email from Tickets Center with a link to receive my ticket. Of course, the link did not work. Ticketmaster also sent me a link that did not work. The ticket insurance is through a separate company, too, so do not waste your time thinking they will protect you at all, either. I called Tickets Center, and I think it is intentionally evil to have customer service agents who speak broken English, especially when the company has transparently scammy terms and conditions. I cannot imagine how many of those customer service agents get verbal abuse that is actually meant for the higher-ups at Tickets Center who are making bank off of their no refunds ever policy. I apologized to my customer service agent for being so angry, and she was as helpful as possible. She said I should have copied and pasted the link instead of clicking it, but it still did not work when I tried that. I have no ticket number or any other information, so I cannot resell my ticket. I am out $100, and all Tickets Center has to say is sucks for you, basically. I also purchased other tickets from Tickets Center (again, for about $50 more than everywhere else is selling them), but I am nervous about those too. Just buy tickets elsewhere. Tickets Center has the same outrageous fees as StubHub and TicketMaster, but they at least offer some customer protections. I only purchased tickets because I did not read clearly enough, and I mistook them for TicketMaster. This company is a total scam, and I would say to NEVER purchase tickets. I am unsure how this is legal, and I found the company's CEO on LinkedIn.

Purchased tickets. Event was cancelled and rescheduled until next year. Seller refuses to refund tickets- tells me to go to a secondary market to resell!

This company has over charged me by setting the price to be 3 times higher than the normal buying price. And they refused to give me a refund, they wasted over 400 dollars of my money and 2 months of fighting with my bank only to do nothing. DO NOT BUY FROM TICKET CENTER!

Read the small print and research the event you want tickets for. I bet you will find tickets elsewhere. This site offers no refunds, and there are many stories of people falling prey to the site's google ads etc for events. They look legit, and will supply a ticket eventually (likely right before an event so there is no chance to resell it when you realize you've been duped) but are very likely selling you a ticket that you could get at 1/3rd the price from the official vendor. The site is very ripe for scalpers to flourish, and has had a long history of screwing people out of their money. Just be careful and make sure you research the event fully. This site should be used as a last resort if you really can't get any tickets.

I purchased same day ticket for parking at an event that I had purchased ticket thru Ticketmaster, I did not receive the tickets until I called and then it still took so long that I had already reached the stadium and had to find another place to park. They refused to give me a refund and finally sent the ticket for parking AFTER I had already told them I had parked at another location. Buyer beware

Its a scam. Posed as the official website. Would not refund even when called within minutes of purchase; and even though before actual tickets purchase.d

Ticket center got over on me for $153.50 did not send me my purchased tickets sent me passwords that did not work then wanted to charge me $100 to get my money back all I can say it's not over you will not rob me that easy. SCAM SCAM SCAM

If I could give them a zero I would. I purchased 6 theater tickets for almost $1000 and received tickets to a different show. I spent 45 minutes on the phone for them to tell me they didn't make a mistake and their terms say I can't dispute. Do not do business with them!

They charge 3X ticket value, and they make it appear as though tickets are scarce when they are not. They have a Google sponsored link so that they appear at the top of search results and can rip you off. Do not do business with these people.

They pose as the event seller and totally rip you off as you pay double and no chance of refund even if it is within minutes of making the mistake.
Buyer Beware!

With misleading information, small print disclosures, and flashy advertisement, this company makes you believe you're buying regular priced tickets for your event when in fact, you're buying tickets way above face value. I was trying to buy tickets for my 8 year old's performance at a local Nutcracker production. They charged me FOUR TIMES THE PRICE I would have paid off I would have purchased directly from the venue. They cheated me off $260. Just awful. Their customer service was the worst. They would not refund me or cancel my transaction even though I hadn't download my tickets yet. What a horrible way to scam someone out of their money right before the holidays.

Like others have said they pay for top search engine results making it seem like secondary sellers are the only choice and then they allow their sellers to outrageously markup prices. On top of all that they change ridiculously expensive fees stating that they offer a safe place for transactions but if you're getting price gouged at three to six times the ticket prices with zero transparency of the original cost or knowledge that the event isn't even sold out, it doesn't feel safe. It feel like theft. There is no recourse either. I recommend really researching your event and venue before going with this site.
