Scam site - Scalpers, do not use

They charge enormous prices for tickets that are not that expensive. It doesn't help that Google supports them by allowing them to pay for advertising so they show up at the top of a search. They charged over $600 CND for tickets worth $180 CND. Do not use this site to purchase tickets.

Ridiculous and deceptive

We purchased $1,500 in tickets and are told the sellers have not received the tickets from the supplier/venue? This should be illegal!

They are an online scalper that uses websites that look just lie the venue's website. They then charge 3 times the normal ticket price and add a service charge of $87 on a $50 ticket.

I googled the theater and was sent to a site that looked just like the real theater's box office site. The tickets were pricey but it was for 3 separate acts all great singers and I thought it was the going rate. At no time in the process did they warn me that they were a 3rd party seller. The printed tickets looked just like those that come from the theater.

Scam

Purchased concert tickets from this company believing they were the actual venue, took us to the seat map and purchased what we thought was from the venue website. Ended up paying more than double the cost of actual tickets. We were not advised the tickets were in US dollars, delivery was more than the tickets, this was a 3rd party company, and did not realize until we saw our cc charge. Called them and asked for a refund and they basically told us we were out of luck. Check out the BBB on this site. They are legit scammers.

Terrible company

I am still disputing a purchase made by my 8 year old daughter for tickets that I never received. Never call center representative refuse to transfer me to supervisor stating there is nobody that takes phone calls. This is a horrible situation to be in and they make no effort to help. I would give a zero star if I could.

SCAMMERS OF SINGLE MOTHERS

They over charged me for tickets that should jave only been 194$ they sent me an email reflecting 286. I was charged 397 almost 400$ for ticket that are so far away from stage they are not worth 400 ever they would not refund me what they agreed upon. Zero customer service with all these bad reviews how is Google allowing them to be in business on thier site.

Bought tickets for Disney on Ice. This website came up 1st. Purchased 3 tickets, thought the price was a little high, but have never been to Disney on Ice before so I wasn't sure. Then there are the fees. Ended up spending over 300.00. Found out the tickets I paid $79.00 each for have a face value of $22.00.
What an expensive lesson I learned. They then explained to me that they are a 3rd party and it is stated that tickets could be higher because it's a "in demand" show.
I will be much more cautious in the future. Do Not use the company.They shouldn't be allowed to gouge people like this.

Total scam with incorrect info on site

I bought a ticket to a friend's show. The site told me the tickets were almost sold out and the only ones available were $90 plus $37 in fees and taxes. I bought a ticket. Then found the theatre's direct site. There were many tickets for sale for $29-45. I called the company 15 minutes after I purchased the ticket and said their site had incorrect information. They wouldn't budge. It was also really hard finding contact info for the company. I had to look on my credit card account online. And they wouldn't escalate to a manager. I had to dispute it through my credit card company.

Ticket-Center beware

Ticket-Center charged $8900 for four tickets in the first 10 rows on the floor center stage for the Eagles Concert in Lincoln, CA. When we got to the concert the usher took us to the back row of level 3 mezzanine. Complete rip off. No one will talk to me there. Be aware of this horrible company.

Less than 2 days before the event, the seller decided they didn't want to sell the tickets that were paid for months prior. They offered worse seats. With no option, I accepted. The seller then did not release the tickets in time for traveling to the event from out of Country (Canada to US). I tried to cancel as I never received the tickets and it was denied by Ticket-Center. No solutions were offered by Ticket-Center.com. They should not allow the seller to change the tickets, especially for worse. They should also require the tickets to be forwarded to the buyer at least a week before the event. A dispute has now been filed with my credit card company. Would never recommend this site. Btw I since found another site and the tickets for the same section and row were less than half the price.

They will not give a refund for anything except cancellation of the event.
This is not fair. And is not clear in any of their pre sale information. I would advise Buell Theater to not do business with them at all

Overpriced

Was buying tickets for a state wrestling competition and couldn't believe they cost 100 dollars each per day. I would've spent nearly 600 dollars but decided to see if I could buy directly from the event center. They were 35 dollars for both days. Almost got ripped off, don't buy tickets from here.

I ordered a single ticket in error and immediately contacted the company (within 3 minutes of the order) and explained to them what happened. After much going back and forth and them twice discontinuing the chat when I asked for a supervisor to explain my situation they hung up on me. I asked for a refund and they said they had already procured the ticket and it was impossible. I do not see how this is possible, they must have a mechanism to correct an error! This simply was not true and frankly dishonest.
I would never order from a company that blatantly will not assist a person when an error occurs, what would they do as a 3rd party vendor if a problem exist with a ticket someone actually intends to have and didn't receive or given the incorrect ticket, hang up on them? Poor service, Poor site, Deceitful practices, certainly no one to do business with, EVER!

They have the worst cancelation policy I have ever seen. Some people have things that come up mine took 30 minutes. And their solution is to tell me to resell the tickets myself!

Company is a rip off

I didn't realize I had clicked on an alternate site when searching for tickets. The site charged $129 per ticket while the main site was only $50 for better tickets. When I realized what I had done, less than 10 minutes later, and called to cancel, I could not.

We purchased tickets in late '22 for a performance tonight in Knoxville They gladly accepted my money but we never received tickets. My wife spent several hours on the phone today. They finally confirmed that tickets were never procured on their end. To cover their asses they sent an email to my wife while she was on the phone with them that said there was a problem. The tickets were a Christmas present for my chronically ill child and I paid a premium for them. They refunded the money but thats no way to do business. We ordered tickets through another vendor and already have them. I will be calling ticket-center on Monday to offer my thoughts. Stay away from them.

Same as others have said, outrageous prices and no refund for cancelations, ect. I was told to attend the concert WITH covid, or resale. They suggest that you resell because you become a little desperate, but once you download the tickets you are worse off. If there was anything that COULD have been done, not now, because you downloaded them already. Absolutely a scam and they have no shame whatsoever.

We purchased kain brown tickets and received kids bop tickets for sep. 2023 and we called the following day and they said we have to resale the tickets this is absolutely crazy. We don't have kids nor was this the ticket we selected and I'm encouraging you TO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE I SPOKE WITH TONY EMPLOYEE # ******* WHO TOLD ME HE IS THE TOP OF THE ESCALATION PROCESS AND THERE WAS NO MANAGERS OR SUPERVISORS. ALL WE WANTED WAS TO SWITCH THE TIKET TO THE OTHER EVENT AT THE SAME FAIR MAKES NO SENSE HOW THEY CAN DO THIS. I was really excited to buy tickets to the Tina Turner broadway show at the Orpheum Theater. When I purchased tickets, I thought it was through Orpheum, not a third-party. Two tickets on Main floor Row C cost $378. After my order, the comfirmation email stated that the seats have an "Obstructed/Limited view." If I had this information at the time of ticket purchase, I wouldn't have purchased tickets.
The company doesn't do refunds even though the charges are pending on my AMEX card. There is no way to contact them. Live chat is obviously robotic and can't deal with this problem. I called them and cannot get a callback because they only deal with shows occuring today or tomorrow.
I spoke with AMEX and I can dispute the charge after the charges are complete and not "pending." I can only hope that AMEX will side with me in the dispute. Stay away from this company.
