This place is a complete scam- we never received our tickets. We reached out multiple times to their equally horrible chat service. We were told that they were resending them to a different email address that we provided- never offered to replace the tickets. When we tried to cancel, which is what we were told to do after we had to purchase new tickets at the box office the chat told us. We cant refund your money but if you had contacted us we would have replaced them. We did contact them and they did not offer to replace them. I asked for proof that they sent them but was told they could not do that. I asked for them to look and confirm that the tickets were not used and was told that they could not help with that either. So now we paid for our tickets twice and wasted a couple of hours of our time. We will be contesting this charge with our credit card.

I made the mistake of ordering tickets for a venue because they came up first as the website to order the tickets from. Big mistake! After purchasing the tickets I discovered I could have ordered the tickets directly from the venue's website at over half the price. I called TicketsCenter immediately requesting a refund and they told me it was too late and my only option was to try and resell the tickets. What a rip-off outfit!

Ticket Center is a scam. Not only did they gouge me with hundreds of dollars in additional fees THE TICKETS NEVER ARRIVED.

This site looks like a reputable ticket company but it isn't. It is a scalping site. Also, the insurance that they sell will not cover the tickets if you cannot go and the reasons for missing the event are very limited.

I wanted to buy presale tickets for Coheen and Cambria in Toronto and I got duped into paying more than double what the price is the next day on ticketmaster. There is absolutely no reason why anybody should ever use this site for tickets, these guys should get shut down.

Overpaid by $100 using Tickets-Center. It looks legit, but the website says "high demand - buy now" and if you don't shop around like I did, you'll likely overpay. Non refundable tickets too. Lesson learned.

Accidentally entered this website to buy tickets. The price is more than double the price at ticket master.

I was taken to this site thinking they were the primary seller for Spring Training seats. It looked like the games were sold out on their site so I bought resale seats. I later checked ticketmaster and there were tons of available seats. I paid 4 times the face value. I immediately tried to conact them - online chat is the only way I can get through - and was cheerily informed that I could resell them, but not through them. I also don't actually have the tickets but they kept telling me I didn't need them to resell them. No one would pay what I paid and they refused to give me a refund, citing "they only work with certified resellers". After reading all these reviews I'm so upset with myself for falling for such a scam site. I have in my possession 1200 worth of spring training seats that should have cost me 250 bucks, and I still don't actually have the tickets.

These people charged me $131 for 2 tickets to an event that only cost $56 at the gate. DO NOT TRUST, DO NOT TRUST

Very easy to get tickets and quickly take your money. No one to ever talk to, only computer generated phone choices and chats. No emails answered. You never get your tickets. There is no way to retrieve your tickets. Total scam.

Charge way over price so they can afford to pay to be listed at the top of Google search. Check with other ticket providers before making your purchase

Ticket value $19 - ticket center price $280! And no refunds. Total scam - beware! Website made to look like ticket master. Scam!

Check other prices before using this site. They mark up prices excessively. No ability to get refund.

Besides never receiving valid "tickets" they cost me almost 3 times what I could have bought the tickets at the ticket office the night of the event.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. The site was made to look like I was on the official site of the Civic Center in Oklahoma. It wasn't until after the purchase was completed that I knew the purchase was from a 3rd party entity. The tickets cost more than double of what they cost directly from the event sponsor. There is no way to cancel or get a refund. Very costly mistake on my part. All I can say is BUYER BEWARE!

They don't disclose all the info about the sitting (it was under *notes, instead of putting it in the regular writing, because it's a regular information), and then lie into your face they don't have any other options, while you see them online. What a terrible website and customer service

If I could give a negative star I would. Attempted to order three show tickets at $55 apiece and when put in the shopping cart it was $507 so I immediately stopped backed out of the purchase and called customer service. They informed me to back out of the purchase and re-order because there must be something wrong with their site to charge me that much for 3 $55 tickets. I did, I never submitted the order. I also did not go back on to their website to buy I walked into the venue and purchased. Days later they still charged my card $507 and emailed me 3 tickets. I called again asking how this happened, I was told THEY pushed the sale through on their end and there is nothing they can do to help me. When I looked at the tickets they emailed me it states right on the ticket $55 each but they still charged me $507 for 3 that were $55 each and will not assist in any way to refund me the stolen part of the money (stolen because they pushed the order through even after I asked them not to and backed out of submitting it myself.) nor will they allow a cancellation when the event is 9 months away and was NOT purchased by me. How is this legal?

Such a rip off! They are selling very overpriced tickets some of the highest you will find. They have no customer service they just don't care about their customers. This is a scam! Shop around and you will find much cheaper tickets.

I was hoodwinked into paying $326.06 for a set of tickets that were $74 face value. This is highway robbery. Scalping at the highest degree when they take > $250 in profit!
