They pay for SEO so they pop up first on search, then trick people into paying 2-3x the market value of tickets. Buy directly, stay far away from these criminals.

Don't use this site. They are not upfront about what they are selling and don't clearly state what you are buying. They use a very deceptive tactics to imitate venue sites. They resell tickets and will refuse any refund.
Their advice to me was, " no refund. Try and sell them online or just give them to someone else."
Total rip off.

The Ticket Center is a scam, I purchased tickets for the CMA 4 day Music Festival in Nashville. They will take your money and then tell you the tickets are not available until 2 days before event date. I am not able to attend. I contacted The Ticket Center to repost and sell my ticket on there site they will not allow me resell them and they will not do it for me. Since I do not have the tickets yet with a bar code, I can not post them on Ticket Master or Stub Hub. This is crazy. I have contacted the Ticket Center Several times for some help and all I get it the run run around. Do NOT trust this site and do Not purchase tickets you will be disappointed. I spent over $7,500, $3,800 each for 2 tickets to this event which is 4 concerts over 4 days and I can not get anyone from The Ticket Center to offer any help. I just spent another 27 minutes on hold only to be hung up on what a Joke.

I purchased these tickets 2 months in advance. Signed up for electronic transfer. I kept waiting and waiting and never received tickets. Customer service is tough because you cannot actually talk to a real person, e-mail/live chat only. They seemed very nice, but kept telling me to keep waiting. Well finally it's 24 hours before my event and I still have no tickets! Customer service promises me the "seller" will release tickets before the end of the day. I don't understand how they can take your money but then claim they have ZERO accountability for when you get your tickets. They did finally email me the tickets, and it gets sent to your TicketMaster account. You can clearly see what the "seller" paid for them and when they were purchased. I paid $385 for 3 tickets (for what ended up being terrible seats!), and saw the seller paid less than $150 for them. My event was last night and we got in fine (I felt more secure that the tickets were now in my Ticketmaster account). The ladies at the venue felt so sorry for the terrible seats (highest balcony) we were sold, that they ended up moving us closer to the stage. All of the headache and stress and not getting the tickets until the last minute, made it difficult to look forward to my event. I would never ever ever purchase from Ticket-center.com ever again. For me, it's only going to be Ticketmaster or I will NOT attend an event. Life-lesson learned! Please learn from my mistake :(

I thought I was on my venue's website and moved too quickly, not paying close enough attention... Well I paid OVER TWICE THE PRICE for my tickets, when I could have gotten them on Ticketmaster and spent half the money. No refund option. DO NOT buy from this site until you check prices on TicketMaster FIRST.

Bought Spring Training tickets for a game in March 8th 2023 and couldn't get the barcode for the App to load the tickets. I spent over 2 hours with three different chat help representatives and they kept telling me the barcodes would load in 24-48 hours and then it was 7 hours and then right before the game.
NEVER got barcodes.

I didn't realize when I purchased tickets through the site they were upcharging $75 per ticket! What a waste of money. It also took 9 months to get my virtual tickets. DO NOT PURCHASE through this site, it's like throwing your money out the window

I'm sick to my stomach that I accidentally purchased through this website. I wanted to purchase through my venue but somehow got ushered into tickets-center. Big mistake. I can't believe I paid what I did... I've had so much anxiety over this situation that I stupidly made, I want nothing more than my money back. They know exactly what they're doing. An awful company that SCAMS you for your money.

Tickets-center came up first in a Google search for tickets to Pink Martini. I thought I was dealing with the venue, not a reseller. My mistake cost me $675 for 4 tickets that should have been about $240. No refunds. I am pursuing TV stations, attorneys general, CFPB, PayPal dispute, BBB, and anything else I can think of to let buyers be aware that this company is a big ripoff.

Bought tickets and parking at 3x the price. They are first listed on google search, be careful. NO refund and overpriced tickets. Should contact local news to let others know about this.

I bought tickets thinking I was on the Orpheum website as I googled my show's name and "Orpheum." Not realizing I wasn't on the Orpheum website, I purchased tickets to the show I wanted. Only after the purchase did I realize I had paid about twice as much as I needed to! Buyer beware and know you are getting jacked up prices!

My husband ordered tickets from the first site that came up in a search for a specific artist which was TicketsCenter.com He paid almost double the price of ordering them directly from the venue - the price he paid was even more than the VIP packages on the venue site. Never again will we order from this site!

My wife bought four concert tickets from this scam posing as a legitimate ticket source. She paid $423 for four tickets that are selling on TicketMaster for $231. That's an 83% mark-up over the TicketMaster prices. That kind of upcharge should be illegal! And you're paying them to buy tickets from TicketMaster which you can do yourself! My wife thought she was buying tickets from the venue but was scammed due to their placement in the search engine. Once they have your money, they will not give you a refund, even though we tried to cancel 60 days in advance. We filed a dispute with our credit card company to try to recoup our money.

BEWARE!THIS IS A SECOND HAND/RESALE SITE, AND THEIR PRICES ARE ASTRONICAL ON EVENTS THAT ARE NOT EVEN SOLD OUT. I GOT DOOPED, BADLY, I PAID 4 TIMES THE PRICE OF THE TICKET BECAUSE I THOUGHT IT WAS THE ORIGINAL TICKET SITE, AND WANTED TO HURRY AND GET THE TICKETS. LESSON LEARNED, BUYER BEWARE!

I, along with many others, got duped by them being the TOP sponsored site for selling tickets. At DOUBLE the price! Lesson learned the hard way unless my bank will take the money back from them. Calling them now.

This is a scam website. Do not use. The website mirrors the retailer actual site in order to mislead into thinking you have reached the retailer. The website then charges exorbitant amounts for the tickets. When I called they refused to refund even though the site says they will.

They pay to get listed at the top of search results so you think resellers are the only option when it's not the case and there's no way to get your money back when you realize you've been had. Completely misleading and made me pay more than 2nd what I had to for event tickets.
