BAIT AND SWITCH! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE
April 10, 2018

Classis bait and switch, I ordered tickets from a "zone" tickets arrived outside of the "zone" customer service told me they were the correct tickets. Even when I told them to look at their website and see that the sections are clearly listed in different colors to distinguish the zone parameters, they refused to return my money ($700) each ticket had a service fee of $184.00! Oh, they did say I could return the tickets for a $50.00 credit! CRIMINALS AND THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!

Crappy ticket re-seller!
April 9, 2018

My ticket purchase was for Lake Street Dive, I purchased the tickets 4/8/18 online for the July 7th show in Portland Maine.

The fees are ridiculously high, in particular as a percentage of the ticket cost. $21 fee for a $73 ticket, ($21/73 X 100=29% fee) as a ticket re-seller.

In addition, they cancelled my tickets with a reason given that "they cannot accept orders from individuals who have withheld payment for past ticket orders from us or from another company in our industry."

To the best of my knowledge, I have NEVER withheld payment for a ticket purchase in my life. I even mistakenly purchased $2000 worth of tickets from different re-seller (I will never purchase tickets from that organization again either!) and STILL paid for them. I subsequently sold them and recouped most of my money... but I believe that demonstrates my willingness to pay!

Their customer service systems are pretty miserable too, the customer service manager with whom I spoke did not have any details as to why the tickets were cancelled and basically parroted the email that was sent with the cancellation.

Ripping off seniors
March 8, 2018

Our 75 year old friend bought 4 tickets to Dancing with the Stars for my birthday. She is not savvy about ticket venues and thought Ticketoffices was a legit website. She paid a total of $871.19. When she got the tickets, the face value on each ticket was $45.00. She should have only paid $180 plus handling. When we got to our seats, we were 4 rows from the back of the theatre. Could barely see anybody on the stage. We asked people around us what they paid for their tickets and it ranged from $45 to $60 per ticket. These tickets were not worth $871.19. These people continue to scam others, especially seniors who don't know any better. Going to complain to the BBB and Attorney General.

TOTAL SCAM
February 2, 2018

This company poses as your event venue and then misleads during the ordering process and to top it off adds an additional crazy service after which is not disclosed. Filing BBB complaint and Attorney General complaint. I am a very understanding person but this company is horrible. They will not refund your money for any reason. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Scam city stay away.
February 1, 2018

Had no idea they were not the venue selling tickets. Charged $90 + for a $20 ticket.
When I called and said the markup was outrageous they told me not to be a sore loser.

Never again, stay away from these guys.

STAY FAR FAR AWAY! WARNING!
January 31, 2018

Do not buy tickets off this website unless you want to be scammed. This site sells tickets for TRIPLE the amount that any other website does. Please check other sources before using this website. You have been warned!
My boyfriend spent 200$ PER seat in Row 220 and on Ticketmaster they were selling FLOOR seats for 140$. They do not offer refunds for people who have made an innocent mistake, they have no mercy for anybody. This is not what I call customer service. They told me if im not happy then to resell the tickets but nobody will want to buy these for the price we paid. I am disgusted at how this company deals with their customers, they basically tell you that you are SOL. Very sad that this is the way they operate.

I got de-frauded
January 30, 2018

OK I wanted to see Riverdance. The ticket prices were up there but "C'est la vie" Upon receiving them, the tickets had someone else's name on them with a price less than half of what I paid. I followed up and apparently this guy had purchased almost a hundred calling it some group and here he was 'scalping' them to make money. I won't be sucked in again by buying Ticketoffices!

No Problems
December 28, 2017

As frustrated as I get by ticket resellers that buy up all the tickets faster than fans can access them, ticketoffices.com had the tickets we wanted available. While I grumble about the price (a significant mark up above the list price), I appreciate that the tickets we ordered arrived quickly (electronic transfer in our case) and allowed us to get to the show without any problems. They are a ticket broker and you will pay the mark up for the service but we found them to be a reputable business providing the service as advertised.

Fraud!
December 20, 2017

I was trying to buy tickets for a local event. I started on the theatre's website, somehow ended up on their site. That was 12 hours ago and still no tickets. I called customer support, she laughed at me and hung up. Two tickets@ $72 each came to $194... US dollars.

Foul Play by TicketOffices
November 28, 2017

We were fooled into believing this ticket broker would protect us from any type of fraud, unfortunately our tickets were resold to another client, and they were paid twice for the seats. A great night out in NYC for our group (6 people) was ruined by ticketoffice.com and the courier they hired. The courier delivered to the wrong address, and then, with only 4 days before the show, required us to respond immediately to have the tickets reissued. Unfortunately, we didnt see their request to call them with a new address, and on the day of the show 4 hours before start - they informed us that there was no way to reissue the tickets although we tried (and failed) to contact them the day before the show, and then when we reached their office the day of the event we offered to drive anywhere to pick up the tickets -or pick up at will call -or receive tickets by email. The day of the show, in one of the calls i placed to ticketoffice.com, their sales representative told us we had a 100% guarantee that they would resolve the issue before show time they not only didnt call us back, but didnt notify us that we wouldnt get the tickets reissued until 4 hours later, only 4 hours before the event.
Dont use this broker, they offer a false guarantee, and allow their ticket sellers to take advantage of customers, even when its their fault that tickets arent delivered in a timely fashion.

A Hard Lesson
November 24, 2017

"The online entry for TicketOffice.com was located directly above that of the NAC Ottawa, the venue from which I wanted to buy tickets to a performance of Les Mis in Feb. 2018. I thought I was dealing with the actual box office, and that moment of inattention cost me 2.5 times the legitimate ticket price. I also "scored" tickets near the back of the balcony (the company stated they would access the 'best available seats') for the price of front orchestra seats.

I later learned that TicketOffice is a ticket resale company. They state their prices in American funds, though that isn't declared openly until the credit card number is entered. That is also when I was told that the tickets would arrive by email a week before the event.

It is not possible to get help from their (laughably titled) customer service department, nor do they offer refunds or rebates for their gross misrepresentations.

I owe them thanks, however, for making me newly aware of this practice of ticket scamming by means of creating a legitimate-looking site that is seemingly part of the real venue. I will now be purchasing all my tickets directly from the box office.

BEWARE
November 11, 2017

I was directed to TicketOffices.com inadvertantly upon purchasing tickets for a holiday show at a local theatre. It wasn't until I purchased the tickets, did I realize the transaction wasn't through the venue itself. The TicketOffices.com screen used the venue's logo and seating map, etc. I purchased 6 tickets for $56 each and agreed to a $16.92 per ticket processing fee. It wasn't until I received my order confirmation via email that it was explained: "Orders exceeding four tickets may be split up into different rows within the requested zone or section." I attempted to contact TicketOffices.com via telephone to cancel this order due to this "note" however could not reach a representative so I sent a message through their website which was unanswered. I then decided to hope for the best. I received the tickets via email and the price per seat noted is $25. I again attempted to reach out to TicketOffices.com to question this and request a refund and again I could not speak with a representative.

Horrible Place
November 3, 2017

Horrible customer service, do not go to this site. I thought they were the official site of the place I was trying to buy tickets, realized afterwards that it was not. I emailed them explaining that I ordered through them accidentally and needed to cancel my order. Their answer was all sales a final, blah, blah, blah, our site says it is a resale site ( when I ordered it did not), and you are basically out of money. They also told me in an email to resale my tickets and I could do that on any site even if I didn't have the tickets in my possession. So hey the person who is guaranteeing I will have tickets next April probably don't even have the tickets in hand and the official place says they will most likely be fraudulent tickets. This place sucks. Do not buy anything from here ever!

Lesser of the evils
October 24, 2017

I liked that I could buy online without having to have a transfer. I did not like that I had to print the tickets instead of using a digital copy. I also did not like that tickets can be sold for so much more than face value. I bought a ticket for a friend who got screwed out of another ticket so I paid double the face value. But it's ridiculous how much the tickets are allowed to be resold for.
