76 dollars for what?
February 28, 2019

I was charged an extra 76 dollars when I purchased my tickets. I looked at the order summary to figure out why, and there was no explanation. The order "summary" only gave the total of the transaction. When I called to ask why I was overcharged, each person gave me a different explanation why. When I tried to ask for a refund, they wouldn't give it to me, even though they didn't treat me fairly. They offered to give me some store credit (not even credit for the full purchase), which I would have never used because I was so disappointed with their service. When I told them I was going to write a review about the service I received, they took away my store credit too. I feel robbed.

Never got the tickets but was charged for them
February 24, 2019

I payed 200$ for 4 tickets. I received three e maies one that the tickets were ready but non of the links actually made me accet the tickets. The links just took me to an on line receipt over and over. I had no tickets on ticketmaster nor anywhere else. Customer service was not helpful at all not willing to help me not able to refund the tickets. I would NEVER EVER even remotely consider using this website. I payed a ton of money they ruined my night...

Bad experience
February 9, 2019

I wish 0 rating was available. I bought 2 ticket at row E, at Flint center, Cupertino, 40 days before the concert date. They cost me $109 each plus a large service fee. When i received my tickets by email, I noticed they were at row EE, much further back. I called customer service. All they repeated was that sales are final. They did not admit to their mistake. I went to the box office at Flint Center and found out that these tickets had a face value of $59 and were originally purchased by an individual. Ticketoffices.com tricked me into thinking they are direct sellers for Flint Center.
Avoid them. Buy tickets directly from Ticketmaster.

Not so good as I want..
January 16, 2019

I did not like this method of buying tickets. I should have bought directly from the theatre. I have to wait weeks to get my email tickets and the rep couldn't even tell me where in the row the seats were. This was a mistake.

Do not use Ticket Offices
January 14, 2019

This is a scam. The ticket prices are double the face value and they will not do any refunds after you have been scammed. Highly advise that you do not use.

Ridiculous Services Fees-
December 9, 2018

Ultimately my fault for not paying more attention. I could have got the tickets for less than half what it cost. It is a scam. You basically put your order in and then they get the tickets and send them to you. The tickers are much more than they would be if you just went through ticket-master. I am kicking myself for not paying more attention and hopefully someone will learn from my mistake. The only good thing was I got the tickets. Which I probably would have been able to get anyways.

Overpriced and all sales final
November 10, 2018

Found the exact same tickets about 15 minutes later at half of the price. Ticketoffices.com has a "strict policy that all sales are final". I now have a strict policy of only using Ticketmaster. Enjoy the $150 I wasted using your service. I'll make sure everybody that listens will avoild purchasing event tickets through this scalptrap.

Avoid at all costs. Scam
November 10, 2018

Do not, under any circumstances do business with this company. They switched my ticket to a day earlier after I bought plane tickets and hotel. I missed half the show and spent a fortune getting there. In talking to the customer service person in India he openly admitted that they do not have the inventory when selling the ticket, you are not buying a ticket, you are buying the idea of one. I beleive most of the positive reviews here are paid ones, do not trust this company or the fake 4 star reviews, they are scammers.

HUGE SERVICE FEES
November 9, 2018

The worst site I have ever used, they don't tell you the service fees until the end and they HIDE THE SERVICE FEES, be prepared to do math at the end to figure out how outrageous their service fees are. Customer service is brutal.

My girlfriend bought tickets (2) for the Jonathan Richman concert in Vancouver (June 12th) from TicketOffices.com. Two tickets cost her $535.47 ($388 + $112.53 service charge + 24.95 special delivery for non-US residents)! I asked others at the concert how much they had paid and was told that people were paying $25 plus a $7.50 service charge ($65 for two tickets). What can I say about my girlfriend? She acted in haste? She made an uninformed decision? She threw away her hard earned money to by a birthday present for me? What can I say about TicketOffices., com? They are predatory? They are parasitic? They take advantage of gullible people? I don't know how these people sleep at night. Take your business elsewhere.

I went to the Borgata Casino website to purchase tickets to the June 2 Ringo Starr and His All Starr Band concert.

I scrolled down the purchase tickets and was brought to a display of the theater and available seats and ticket prices. Never one, never, did anything gave me any indication I was still not on the Borgata Casino.

We even went to the effort of calling the Borgata using the number on the website and we connected to their events center and they gave us a recommendation as to where to sit. When they picked up the phone, they identified themselves as the Borgata Casino.

So I purchased tickets based upon the very clear belief I was purchasing them from the Borgata Casino and no one else.

When I got the tickets via e-mail, they didnt have my name on them but instead they had Jake Klay.

When I contacted the Borgata Casino to ask them to resend the tickets in the right name, they told me they had not sold the tickets, but a scalper site - Ticketoffice.com had, and that I had been charged 4 times the actual cost.

According to Borgata Casino, when I clicked on the link to purchase tickets I was redirected to Ticketoffices.com without my knowledge and I was changed 4 times the actual ticket price!

When I called Ticketoffice.com they told me basically tough I should have been aware that their website even thought it had the exact look and feel of the Borgata Casino website, was in fact not the Borgata Casino!

They not only charged me 4 times the cost of actual tickets, they also charged me $180 for a service fee which exceed the cost of the actual tickets themselves.

No mater how many times I called back to resolve the issue, I could not reach anyone.

When I tried to use their on-line chat option, I again was told tough - I should have know I was buying from a reseller

The Borgota response to the whole issue reminded me a the scene in Animal House basically it was Face it; you F**ked up, your trusted us by clicking on a link they gave me on their website!

They frankly didnt care

Even today, if you call them, they tell you you can buy tickets on their website, but when I pressed them, they freely admitted they send you to reseller sites, but never tell you. When I talked to them on the phone, they told me never to use their website to buy tickets, but to go to Comcast directly but when you call the Borgata Casino, the answering message tells you to go to their website to buy tickets! So they know there is an issue and have done nothing about it.

So both the Borgata Casino and Ticketoffices.com scammed me.

Lets be clear, absolutely clear, never once did I think I was buying tickets from anyone but the Borgata Casino. Ticketoffice.com masqueraded at the Borgata Casino website - this was out and out fraud, and Borgata Casino enable that fraud by putting the one and only link on their website for this show to Ticketoffice.com, knowing full well you were supposed to go to Comcast.

Ripped off for a CHARITY event
May 3, 2018

I was looking for tickets to the 2018 charity event "Guns vs Hoses" at Baxter Arena in Omaha. The top link via Bing included the words Baxter Arena followed by "ticketoffices".

Here is the actual link: "baxterarena.ticketoffices.com/Guns+and+Hoses"
I selected that link, and purchased the tickets.

I soon realized that the ticketoffices.com link and website was not connected to the arena.

I called the ticketoffices CS line and informed the CS rep of the issue, that this was a charity event for local police and firefighters and that i would like a refund. Since the tickets they sold me were over twice the face value of the event. (when you include the $11 per ticket service fee)
They refused a refund, and pointed to a disclaimer beside the green button i had clicked to purchase the tickets. I had to return to the original link to see the disclaimer which states that they are not associated with the arena which is embedded in the link.

I buy tickets online all of the time. Never before have i been charged. An $11 service fee per ticket for a ticket that is TWICE the face value FOR A CHARITY EVENT.

I refused to use the tickets, we later purchased tickets through the Baxter box office so that a majority of the money goes to the event and not a third party ticket scammer.

I call this a scam because this third-party ticket retailer is in the business of making their site and links include key words and look as close to a real business as possible, then refusing a refund once tickets are purchased (which is automatic via paypal.)

I got fleeced!
April 30, 2018

Stay far away from this vendor:
-- Overpriced compared to market value of tickets
-- NO guarantee that you get your tickets in a timely manner (or that you will get your tickets period if you read the other reviews)
-- No transparency in the ordering process, charges are not really reflected until after the fact.
-- No refunds for dissatisfaction of service (they swear up & down that if you don't get your tickets you get a refund, That remains to be seen on my end)

Total scammers
April 22, 2018

This company are nothing but SCAMMERS! I paid $1050. 00 for 2 tickets for a Cirque du Soleil show that I later learned had a face value of $117.00 each! THEN they tacked on $311.45 in service charges for a total of $1361. 45. AND THEN when I arrived at the show, imagine my chagrine with I learned that instead of seats
Right in front of the stage that I purchased, ticketoffices.com gave me seats WAY off to the side in the back! I paid for the BEST seats in the house and they gave me the WORSE seats! The face value of THOSE seats? About $60.00! Imagine paying $1361. 45 for tickets worth only $120.00, thank you ticketoffices.com
I am still disputing this charge and they are being big BABIES about it! Enough said folks.
