Had a good time at the game, easy to buy tickets online, i just wish it was as easy to print the tickets. I am new to the computer and had a time printing the tickets. They worked and where the tickets i wanted, paid just about enough in fees to have bought another ticket, just seems a little high.

Went to the show with my two grqndchildren ages 4 and 6. They were the poster children for excitement, especially when Alladin and Jasmine were on the magic carpet. They also loved the Genie. Excellent performance.

On Thursday, December 15,2015, I ordered two tickets from an online ticket site, Ticketnetwork. The tickets were for a concert at the Walt Disney Concert Hall in Los Angeles California; on December 31,2015 at 10:30 P.M. was what I had ordered. The tickets were sent over the internet to me, but when I printed them out I noticed that the time on the tickets was for 7:00 P.M. NOT 10:30 the night of the concert so. I called the company Ticketnetwork and ask about the time, and also that the seating's were not together. One seat was seat 40 and the other was seat 38. The customer service representative whom I talked to assured me that the tickets were okay and that because of the change as to who would be performing; some ticket could be changed to show that Gladys Night would be there without Natalie Cole and that the time factor was no problem just to go at my 10:30 show time and the scanners at the door would know that the tickets were good to go. THAT DID NOT HAPPEN. When the tickets were scanned at the door the person at the door said, and I quote him "these tickets were for the 7:00 P.M. show not the 10:30 show, I'm sorry, I can't let you in". I told the young man that I had spoken to Ticketnetwork customer service about the time discrepancy on the tickets and they assured me that there would be no problem. His replied was, "well, we can go to the ticket office to see if there's a way to get you more tickets" and that's what happen, but not for free. I paid for a second pair of ticket at the box office to see my concert. Yes I saw my concert, but not with the tickets from TICKETNETWORK had to pay twice. I Will NEVER, NEVER use them again.
I am sorry to say that I was not able to use the $700 seats that I purchased from your company because we accidentally threw away the tickets, which were physical copies. When I called customer service I was told that they were irreplaceable and I was out of luck. I was very disappointed that in this day and age we are still using physical copies when everything else is digital. I don't ever carry more than a few dollars in my wallet at once, and don't know anyone who does.
Afterward, I purchased the same tickets from another vendor, got a better price and E-tickets. Needless to say I was much more satisfied with that experience, and I don't intend to come back.

I was robbed using Ticketnetwork. They charged $20 more than ticketmaster. I will never use them again. So disappointed that I got connected with them.

Frustration and disappointment!
The ticket description was Section: Lower Tier Two 16, when in fact the tickets were in Upper Tier Three 16. I would not have paid $323 per ticket for an $80 seat had this information been provided in an honest manner. I realize that one always takes a chance on "resold tickets", but this was absolutely ridiculous! The "service fee" was equal to the actual face value of the ticket; we paid over $800 for $160 tickets. I have definitely learned my lesson; I will never utilize this TicketNetwork again as it is obviously not reputable and trustworthy! In addition, I plan to share our experience with everyone who considers using this service. We drove 800 miles to attend this game and know we were definitely deceived about the quality and location of the seats!
It's upsetting to learn we paid close to 3 times the face value per ticket to go see the Lakers one last time before Kobe retires from the NBA. I understand it is somewhat expected to pay a bit more than face value for an event like the one we chose. However, we did not expect for Kobe to skip the game & not play! The sole purpose of going to the Laker game was to see Kobe & for him to not be present was a huge let down for me & my family.
If it wasn't for the Lakers winning the game, my rating would have been 0-1 Star.

Baclay Center was beautiful. The concert was great. Staff very accomaditing and courteous. The only thing missing was the tailgating that goes on a Jones Beach

Compared to other sites, TicketNetwork had the best prices and the seats were great. Checkout was easy and you can print the tickets immediately after purchasing. I just wish you could get actual tickets mailed to you for keeping after the game rather than basic printer paper with advertisements on them.

I purchased tickets for the Fiesta Bowl from TicketNetwork for me and my two sons. Their paternal grandfather is a graduate of Ohio State and he and my husband attended every Bowl game together that OSU participated in between 2003-2009. My husband passed away in 2010. I know that one of his dreams was that he would go to these games with our sons when they got a little older. I was able to make that happen this year, with your help. The Globetrotters act was fun and our 9-year-old son enjoyed it. Some of the segments could have moved faster, but overall it was a good time. Ticket download was quick and easy. The audio at the Nutter Center was terrible, though. It was hard to hear the players talking because of the echo and the facility was a little hard to navigate with limited gate signs when we were leaving. Easy getting out of the parking lot once we made it to the car.
