Our tickets were voided because two other people entered the venue 12 minutes before we got there with the same tickets. We weren't allowed into the show. Very disappointing considering I spent $310 on tickets.

We had an outstanding time. The show was much more than expected. The special effects were amazing. The 3 D segment just added to it and the little vignettes were an added bonus. I particularly liked the central park scenes and the bus moving thru NYC. The religious ending was wonderful and refreshing to see done so well and on a public stage.

I wish I could have purchased tickets closer to stage and from the giant center which would have been cheaper vs. the scalping that goes on by tickets being purchased and resold at higher prices. I wasn't born yesterday. Used to buy scalper tickets years ago until it became illegal and then ticket agencies like ticket network started buying tickets and scalping legally for ridiculously high prices. NEVER AGAIN!
My boyfriend and I were very excited to see Bryson Tiller but the line and security was insane. We ended up in line for over 2 hours and missed Bryson Tiller! The bouncers tried to let us in for Nero but we did not pay to see him. The bouncers were extremely rude and even kept us to the side for no reason even after I was completely checked by security. Due to the volume of people they just randomly chose a few people to pull back before letting us in. This caused us to miss more of the concert. We paid to see Bryson. I will be requesting a refund through my credit card company. We did not pay to only see the last 2 min of the Tiller show. We did not get what we paid for! So disappointed.

I requested seating in the handicap section because my son was in a wheel chair. Got there and found out my seats we two rows down from the wheelchair section. Was told i had to go to the other side of the stadium to swap out tickets. Then I had to walk back around the stadium to get back to our new seats. The new seats were not conducive for a wheelchair. Son, sitting in a wheel chair, being cold asked our usher if there was a warming area. Was told they were all on the club level and with our tickets we could not go up there. I talked with several event supervisors and was told there was nothing they could do, even though my son, in a wheel chair, was a disabled Vet. Had I known this, I would have gotten club level seats. The seat location, Section 133 was good, right on the 30 Yard line. Y the way, I ordered my tickets back in August, 2015. It may e a while, depending on your response before I use your service again.
7 year old daughter liked the show. She was expecting, however, to see Frozen characters. Unfortunately, no Frozen characters were present.
Show was good. She enjoyed it. Skating at times was subpar.
We took our 8 yr old grandson which he really wasn't all that thrilled prior to the event. He had never heard of the Globetrotters so I explained when I was his age I watched them on TV & couldn't sit down because I was amazed & laughing so hard. Once they came out on the court & did their "routine" they had him hooked! He couldn't sit down either. He had to get a souvenier basketball & of course get it signed. We truly enjoyed the show & he's still talking about it. Now he will tell his grandkids about the time he saw the great Harlem Globetrotters!
Ordered tickets a little over a month prior to the event and was able to print them out right away. For both tickets it saved me $60 plus additional tax and fees that i would have spent using another site. The day of the event, the tickets were better than i thought and the view was amazing. I paid what I thought was Premium seat paid 68 each for what thought was premium seats (price on the ticket was $28 on the ticket).

Pretty competitive pricing. All resale sites charge too much, in my opinion. There is the markup over the actual price on the ticket. And then another large fee for providing the services. I also believe the mailing fee is exorbitent. I order things on line all the time with NO SHIPPING CHARGE. I will check your site next time I need tickets
