Our seats were different from what we ordered. When we called we were told they were in the same section. Because they were changed to the very front seat, we did not appreciate the same value. Customer service was polite however we have not received email about the refund he promised on the phone. 10 days from the show.

Sold me a ticket that they had already sold. Was turned away at the venue. Then they refused to give any refund despite a "200% Guarantee." Do not buy from this place!
While we had a thoroughly awesome time at the Ron White concert we were disappointed with what wet were charged for the tickets. The actual face value of the tickets themselves were $51.75 total price of tickets including all tax and service charges were $60.50 per ticket for a total of $112.25. After we paid by debit card an email receipt was sent and we were charges as follows: Tickets 2× $133.00 =$266, Service fee: 2× $33.25= $66.50 and Delivery charge $7.50 for a Grand total of $340.00 That means we were charged $227.75! That is outrageous! What kind of Racket are yout people running? We have never been ripped off like this before! You would have thought we bought these tickets standing outside the venue from a ticket scalper! We want someone to explain to us how this can happen and be legal before we talk to an attorney as we were misled. For that price we should have been front and center of the stage and got a meet and greet. We want someone in a position of authority to contact us explaining why we were ripped of in such a flagrant manner! We anxiously await a reply. Sincerely William Morrison

I purchased 4 tickets for MoTown. When I picked up my tickets at Will Call the cost printed on each ticket was $53. The cost billed to me was $471 - more than twice the cost of the tickets.
We couldn't have had worse seats. I could not see the full stage AND the seats were small and no knee room.
Lesson learned. Never purchase tickets online in the future.
I payed $530 for 4 tickets and ended up sitting on the second row from the very back in the top section. Seats were terrible. Obviously it was general admission and it was first come first serve and the tickets were only $30! Which mean people payed A LOT less than what I did and got better seats. It isn't right for someone to pay that much for tickets and get terrible seats. That was my first date with a girl and it was the worst concert I've been too. Not because of Chris Stapleton, but because of me getting ripped off by buying the tickets and having terrible seats. I will NEVER buy tickets from TicketNetwork again. Lack of information as far as what I was paying for. I thought more money meant better seats, but apparently it doesn't. Thanks.
Having tickets on Wednesday December 30 was in the midst of flooding in the area. We were unable to utilize highways necessary for travel to the fox the day of the event. We called box office and they granted us possible seats at later date. However the seats that were given to us were in no comparison to the price we originally paid for original seats. However, I do understand that getting exact seats for different night would virtually be impossible, but I did expect some refund, credit, or other form of compensation in order to make the values close to the same. We bought orchestra seats originally at $60 each and ended up sitting in the upper balcony which are a much lesser value. The show itself was awesome and glad we were able to see it at all.
These tickets were ordered as a Christmas present for my children. Everything was easy to order and print. No problems. My kids loved it!

Everything was great. Picking the tickets and receiving them via email was all very smoothly done. I even had to reprint the tickets because the originals were accidentally thrown out, and I wasn't given any problems and it was hassle free to download and print them again.

The tickets i purchased a month prior to the event were not punctual due to a "delayed delivery date" that was not properly explained to me upon purchase- in fact the service rep assured me i had nothing to worry about. On top of the stress that was caused not knowing if i was going to get my tickets on time, they were sent to the WRONG address despite having called four times to confirm where they were to be shipped to. I was assured over and over again that they were going to be sent to that address. All i can say is i got extremely lucky that i was able to get these tickets but i nearly went through hell to get them. I give all the credit to Fed Ex for helping me out when i had to take off work early to track them down all over town to get my tickets THE DAY i was flying out for the event since they sent them to the wrong address. Very poor customer service and clearly do not listen to their customers requests/concerns. This was my first AND last time with TicketNetwork.
