The website was not clear about how to remove an item from auto subscribe. The options only wanted to add and no remove options. I have 2 of each item already at home and am not in need of more at this time. It automatically wanted a review if product which was not convenient when frustrated about not be able to solve my problem. Chatting with Patrick, he was able to handle the unsubscribe option for me. Best way to get organic products with the lowest prices! I already saved $500 in a year, plus the customer services is excellent!

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Thrive! My hubby and I both work full-time and commute over an hour to work, so that doesn't leave much time to shop, not to mention it's not easy finding some of our favorite healthy/Paleo brands in our local stores. So Thrive keeps me stocked with all my favorites and then on the weekends we just have to pick up a few veggies and other perishables. Really simplifies things for us. And they package everything SO well! Nothing has ever arrived damaged or broken, and I order a lot of items in glass bottles/jars.

Thrive itself is great, but the no name delivery service was awful. The driver actually rolled my box on to my doorstep and not surprisingly, several items were damaged. Thrive did an excellent job resolving the issue.

I am super happy with all of my products that can't today. The only disappointing thing was the cauliflower pretzel sticks were completely opened and spilled everywhere inside the box. They DID send me a gift card to order another bag so that is good!

Amazing prices on all of their products they carry. Add in chances to earn bonus cash to actually use on future orders, a win - win situation. They have everything that you can think of at amazing prices. I can't even get their prices as a health professional buying the same items from the same companies.

Thrive has a lot of great products. Unfortunately for Thrive, you can purchase almost all of the same products for less on Amazon. Thus, the savings reflected on Thrive are not realistic, not if you shop on Amazon.
I interact with may business, online and brick and mortar. Usually, online takes away some of that personal touch. Not Thrive. Thrive professionals are responsive and incredibly nice and patient. Any complaint is handled. All the products are ethically sourced. The company also does promos that make the customer journey exciting and allows you try out new products. Keep Thriving!
