I received my thrive shipment on time but the chipotle lime mayo was broken. Luckily the glass and mayo was contained in the bag so it did not create a large mess. I called support and spoke with Fiona who helped me immediately.
I can't see all the products offered on my $5 subscription. I want to see everything please. I appreciate your discounts. I will recommend Thrive to my network if I have enough characters to finally send this pist

I was continued charging member fee twice in November 2019 to Jan 2020, the customer said they didn't charge me in 2018, so the added the missed one. But i didn't order anything in 2018. I called the customer servicer, they said that i would be charged every year since i regist an account in the web.
Be careful, The company was charged automatically on you account and would not inform the customer.

This site has been amazing! I am able to find products that meet my requirements. The site allows you to create a filter specific to your dietary needs. I am a health coach and have been referring this site to my clients as finding some of the really healthy and organic foods is difficult. With Thrive Market, there really is no excuse to eating better.

In the 5 years of so that I have used Thrive I Have Never Gotten a Notice when an item was back. I click that notification button when it is out of stock and to be notified. Nor do you send an email about if an item is discontinued that I have been buying.
Plus to organize favorites is non existent into Brands or categories I want to do.
I have written, emailed and called about this over the years. Why can't you fix it?!?

It is my experience that Thrive Market has come down in service. Yes there are good products and they are really trying to keep the prices low, although not quite low. However products are still good quality and affordable and they have the honest approach to help people in need so this is commendable. My only critic is the packaging still uses plastics, they have changed their deliveries so I have problems at times keeping track of my package and also I had a couple of spill out products inside the boxes and when I protested they simply shrugged and gave me the replaced spilled item which is still good but not good enough. Overall I give them 3 stars because at first they were much better, so their room for improvement has increased and I wish them to revise their packaging and delivery policies.

The website was not clear about how to remove an item from auto subscribe. The options only wanted to add and no remove options. I have 2 of each item already at home and am not in need of more at this time. It automatically wanted a review if product which was not convenient when frustrated about not be able to solve my problem. Chatting with Patrick, he was able to handle the unsubscribe option for me. Answer: Membership is $75 annually but it is less for families who qualify and they donate membership for those in extreme need. I don't know what that limit is. Just the fact they do this is amazing.
