I have been ordering from Thrive for a couple years. The quality of their products, and the efficiency of their operation have never disappointed. I really appreciate their social-entrepreneurship.
I can not exclaim enough about Thrives packaging. It's never come to me with opened packages, missing seals nor ever had glass breakage! Competitive pricing often times exceeding all my inquires into retailers for exact items or a product offered by Thrive that equals or exceeds another brands name product. I consider Thrive products 'brand name' as the quality is equal to and often times, exceeds the 'brand name(s)'!

I ordered a box from this company, and then the next day woke up to $60 being taken out of my account for a membership fee. I have no interest in being a member of this company, so I messaged their customer service to find out about this. I was told that a "personalized message about a membership" popped up when I checked out. I have no memory of ever seeing this message. It's possible I just missed it, but a fee of $60 should be something that is more apparent and not easily missed. I do like their products, but very unhappy with this fee and their lack of help with it.

Thrive Market is an eco-friendly company that has an exemplary customer service policy. They care about people and the environment and make every attempt to assure their products are of superior quality. The picture attached is of an item that arrived damaged and they replaced it at no charge. Normally this does not happen and their items arrive packed well and in good condition. I will continue to be a costumer of this awesome online company!

I ordered from Tribe on Sun. And the order was here on Tuesday. Many of the things were really hard to find at other stores. One item, a bottle of coconut amino sauce was cracked on the top, so a little of the sauce had spilled into the plastic.

Very disappointed, I had no contact with Thrive for years and suddenly last month I had a charge for membership $59 on my Visa. Very sneaky!

I discovered thrive market through a rebate app I use. And from that point on never looked back. Once it was no longer on the rebate app I kept ordering! I love the options! I love the prices for most. It's very hard to find some things for allergies in my local shops!

I placed two orders (one was food and one was for wine- I did them separately so the food could be delivered when I wasn't home) WITHIN the same 24 hours I went online to check if the orders had been processed and I got a notification that something I had previously purchased was on sale. My order contained 8 different Kettle & Fire bone broths and they were all now each $2 off- that's nearly $15 in savings! So I contacted their "customer service" and they responded with a SMILEY FACE and that "they couldn't do anything"... I couldn't return the order because it had been shipped when they finally got back to me (over 24 hours later), they wouldn't credit my account, and they wouldn't give a partial refund. I am flawed at their response and their "policies".

Compared to local health food stores, thrive has good prices on a lot of stuff. Their flavored coffee is definitely the best organic kind i can find so forever cheers to them for that :)

I cook organic, 90% plant based, prefer to prepare legumes etc. from dry, was looking for a much wider selection of whole grains and flours. May stick with it, but Amazon Prime is easier.

I just discovered this market looking for Ripple Barista, which no one sells locally. There's a nice selection of products, but I didn' t find anything to be lower-priced (with the exception of sale items) than anything I can buy locally. In fact, some prices are higher than I pay locally. I do like the free shipping option but doubt I'd order that much each month. The jury is out as to whether I will continue my membership after the free trial.

I compared all items with similar items on walmart and amazon. Thrive had the best prices! I plan on keeping the membership it is definitely worth the $5 a month I am paying.

Thrive has great products but I don't think they are discounted enough to warrant a $59 per year fee. Sometimes I can find the products cheaper in my local grocery store. The real advantage is having it delivered to your home.
