Thanks for a great, fast service. The app and follow up emails are easy to use and reference.
I've had three orders. First two arrived more than two weeks after order date. Third one finally arrived and the box was completely beat up and everything inside was battered and a mess. I am on a fixed income and wanted to try this for a healthier food source, but I am not satisfied with the company. Once I find out how to unsubscribe, which isn't easy to find I will end my subscription.

I love Thrive Market for so many reasons. Their Customer Service is unbeatable & their products are 99.9% sent without being damaged. They pack their products so well compared to other on line retailers. I find myself ordering more and more from Thrive because of this. Who has time deal with retailers that want to cut cost on shipping? In the long run it just cost these retailers more money. I recommend Thrive to everyone as they truly are the best retailer on line. Thank you Thrive!

Thrive Market is the way to shop! It's so easy, great quality prices and shipping is fast. This is one of the best places to buy unusual and hard to find food items at a great price. I have been a member for about 2 years and have never been dissatisfied with their service. Initially I had some problems with the way the box was packed but that has improved tremendously. Thanks Julia, you packed the last one I received and it was perfect.

Been doing business with them for over a year and not only are prices terrific and delivery quick & accurate, but customer service (if needed) Chat folks are knowledgable, well-versed & literate. Have never needed to follow-up with a call bc their on-line Customer Service personnel are so capable. Definitely a company that I refer to others.

I do love Thrive. The only downfall is the packaging. Prob half of my orders have had something dented or damaged. If customer service wasn't so good with fixing the problem I would've stopped shopping here. I had ordered wax strips that were used and missing items in the box. That was very nasty so I mostly stick with food items.

I love using Thrive Market! I tried it initially for more ideas for dairy, egg, and peanut free snacks for my kids. It has helped us save money on things we already buy, snd now that we buy regularly. Shipping is fast and packaging is great with all recyclable material. I can't rave enough!

I was curious to try this service, I live rurally and access to healthy options is limited. After recieving my first shipment, I will be cancelling membership and will not order again. The amount of redundant plastic packaging in shipments is absolutely horrid and unsustainable, going against the proposed mission of this company. I feel this is model of food access is a scam on "sustainable" options and its exactly the kind of GREEN WASHING i'm so tired of seeing people fall for. I will from now on just continue the biweekly trips to the nearest town with healthy options, that I can take home in reusable bags, and actually reduce my impact on this earth. We use plastic, food-safe, bags for specific products that could be damaged in transit. The impact of the bags is far less than reordering and reshipping a product or order due to any damage that may occur. With that said, we are always looking and testing other packaging that could eliminate the use of plastic bags, which we hope to probide in the future.
Love getting a new box every month. Can try so many things. Great for any diet. Even if you're not on one. So much to choose from. Prices a great.

I honestly don't remember how I stumbled onto Thrive Market. And It has been a couple of years now. I tell friends, family, and strangers about it. Many times now I hear "Oh, I love Thrive!"
The pre-ship announcement allows me to change or add to my shipment, for little tweaks at the last minute. And although it is not directly Thrive, my boxes always arrive on my front porch. Packed safely, securely, and carefully and with recyclable or reusable ziplock bags. What's not to love.? Thank you Thrive Market!

This company rocks and they have great incentives to shop and a great customer selection. Huge variety of Vegan foods. Best thing I like is that they really care about the way the package the groceries. I was with another online grocer called Brandless and every time I ordered from them my boxes were smashed and the food in packages (like chips) were delivered in crumbs because they would overfill the boxes. I like that the Thrive company compartmentalizes all of their foods to allow safe and quality shipping. I totally recommend!

I love the quality of Thrive Market. The only available free sample today was diapers for newborns. A 2 pack... not anything I really want to try out.

I am very pleased with Thrive. When trying to change my eating patterns, I found products that are not readily available in my immediate area and, from the descriptions, could intelligently see if they were what I needed. Answer: Membership is $75 annually but it is less for families who qualify and they donate membership for those in extreme need. I don't know what that limit is. Just the fact they do this is amazing.
