I love all the natural products I buy from Thrive. The Thrive values makes following specific diet restrictions easy. The Thrive brand products are high quality, and fairly priced. Free shipping, samples, and gifts with purchase are nice bonuses.
I'm Paleo and its wonderful to get Paleo compliant items all in one place. I was getting a few products at one store, another product at a different store. And they are still less expensive than what I can get at the regular grocery store. And there's products I can't get anywhere else, that I have found I can't live without!

Wonderful customer service; great selection and prices! I have been ordering from Thrive Market for a couple of years and I love it. Packages come within a week and they are carefully packed. A couple of times when something came broken from shipping, they took care of me and replaced my broken item.

I really enjoy thrive products, that is, if they ever make it to my door! 4 times now I have had overfilled boxes that have broken in transit. Some I was notified about in a timely manner, others had no communication. One was also a terrible repackage with broken, damaged and wet items. I was told to order in separate boxes so they wouldn't be so heavy. I find that an inconvenience and a waste of my time. I am not satisfied with the resolutions of 10 Thrive bucks as I had to spend more money to backfill the items that I was waiting for from Thrive.

The first 4 orders came with missing items are broken items. This last order came okay. I think the website could be more user friendly, it has gotten better and having cbd products and seem to be pushing them, that's were the money is, so was this their intention all along. I like the products but a lot I can buy at the local organic store since I moved. I think a membership fee is ridiculous and never join anything with a fee.

The search is very easy and I can easily find things that may not be in my grocery store. Prices are reasonable and I love the green inside the box. Nothing has ever leaked or broken. Would like to receive items within a week.

Less expensive than Grove, has new things for babies as well as food. I was able to get a lovely selection of food and stock up on spices and teas. I appreciate all the natural beauty and cleansing products.

At first I was skeptical about paying to belong to an online supermarket but due to special dietary requirements I figured, why not? I live in a rural area and it is not easy to purchase gluten free & AIP foods. Thrive turned out to be a big help. I order on a regular basis and have saved considerable $$$'s. The customer service is AWESOME! A couple of time I had issues with my order and I received replacements and or full refunds! I highly recommend Thrive. I just wish they had a bigger selection!

I love having an easy to order on-line grocery store. My orders are usually delivered in two days. Customer service has always been responsive the few times I have contacted them. I love Thrive Market & am so grateful that I got turned onto this great place. I have learned a valuable lesson during this whole COVID-19... that I need to have MORE patience. I have not been able to get things from my local stores for a while now & since this whole virus thing has now hit my area, I feel so much better that I do not have to go out in public to expose myself & my family. Thrive Market is doing their best to accommodate during this crisis & in NO way trying to get over on the public like so many others are. Thrive has a great thing going. I've been a member just over 2 years. The Quality is always good. Shipping is free with a $50 order... I haven't necessarily noticed prices to be less, but quality is dependable and pricing is comparable, plus it shows up on my back porch. I don't have to go look for things which is a benefit too. I love the packing materials, totally recyclable and eco friendly. Rock on!

I love the many products. I find what I need for my healthy lifestyle. Customer service is wonderful.
Searches have improved. They still offer far too many options that do not meet the search criteria but I have noticed that they are much improved in that regard.
I have a shipping problem but it is one that Thrive Market can't do much about. I am in a rural area and UPS, often drops the package off with the postal service around 60 miles away. It then takes at least one extra day to arrive at the local post office, where I have a P. O. Box and no local delivery.
Some product can be purchased cheaper through other sources but frankly not many and there are a lot of REALLY great products that are ONLY available on Thrive Market.

I had been hearing about Thrive on podcasts for quite a while. After a recent 'expensive' trip to Whole Foods, I decided to take a look to compare pricing and Thrive is definitely the better bet!

I like their products, and if I do have a problem, they respond quickly. Although, I do agree that they do package to an excess with too much plastic and paper. I'm sure it's their way of assuring that the products arrive in one piece.
