Thrive Market is the best company to order from because they think of the community and best of all the environment. Within 2 or 3 days I get my order. They have great prices and service. They use to pack orders with plastic (recyclable plastic) but since last year they have been using paper. My orders have always arrived in great shape and I have been a customer for many years.
Love the food and plant on based organic coconut beverage very good I'm allergic to milk and the coconut is also unsweetened so I cut out sugar and it the healthiest beverage around great good at a great price and delivered to your door now you can't beat that

I'm not sure what one of the previous reviews is about, but my box and it's contents were 100% recyclable and signed personally by someone at Thrive! Such a personal touch is nice these days. The shipping was extremely fast, the prices were more than fair, the shipping is carbon neutral, and the products came unharmed! What's not to love! Convinced me to do more shopping with them!
Since Thrive has created a different system or supposedly updated the old one, I am constantly either kicked off the website or it tries to reboot with the cation that an error has occurred. Very frustrating.

I placed an order and about 30 minutes later an item I was wanting came back in stock. I called to see if I could this item on to the order I had just placed. The representative I spoke to so kindly placed the order for me and did not charge me shipping. Thank you so much for the wonderful customer service.

I accidentally hit check out before finishing shopping and Rebecca canceled my order and showed me how to repopulate my basket so that I can continue shopping instead of having to make a second order and pay for separate shipping. She also did all this within about 5 min. Then asked if there was anything else. I'd say that's above customer service.

I complained many times about the delays in receiving. I have tracked my packages all the way to my small town and then it goes back to sparks, after sitting on main st for the week-end. Almost every shipment. OnTrac is bad. The products are good but not the savings suggested and not worth a subscription fee. Not that many choices of food, didn't like the meat. A lot of packaging to recycle.

Because I'm gluten free, I have a hard time finding all the ingredients for baking bread. Thrive has everything I need, and delivered to my door!

I am in love with the products and the pricing. But the shipping took a very long time. Then when I finally found out the products were delivered, the driver did not drop them off at my door. Yes we live in a Canyon, but there is no snow on the road. I would suggest you get a different company to do your deliveries.

I received my first order from Thrive Market today and the box was completely wet. Imagine my surprise when I opened the box to find that the bleach free chlorine had leaked all over and it had been packed in the section with my chips. They were all crushed. Not sure that I'll order from Thrive again.

When I first discovered Thrive Market it was a concept that as very unique and useful to myself and my family, as we all were following different diets. I found it very helpful the way it organized the products. The products are high quality and, over time, Thrive added their own line.
I have been very impressed with theThrive brand and exclusively order their coffee and Roasted Garlic Spaghetti sauce, as well as different nuts.
I commend their community efforts and always try to give at least 10% toward the current charity.

I am a college student and had trouble applying for the student membership application. Their customer service was exceptional. No hassle involved, and great communication. Their products are amazing, as well. For example, I am vegan, and am always finding new healthy products to try at a discounted price!

I am still testing the products however they do look good. Shipping was not a good experience, it took a few days to ship, then delivery was delayed by FedEx, package sat over weekend (mayo in box), and olive oil was broken and got over everything! It was a total mess, and not a good first experience, however customer service was good and issue was resolved very quickly, so I will give them a second chance. According to the other reviews, I think the shipping and needing to pay a membership fee will be the downfall of the company.

Answer: Membership is $75 annually but it is less for families who qualify and they donate membership for those in extreme need. I don't know what that limit is. Just the fact they do this is amazing.
