One of my favorite places to order food online. They sell quality products and I have had nothing but great experiences with them. I recommend trying them! It's super easy and they have great customer service!
I signed up for thrive thinking I would try it out for a Keto Challenge I was doing at work. Welp, I spent a bunch of money on Keto food, its been a month and the challenge has since ended. Guess what? Still no food from Thrive. Not sure if it's just a scam to get memberships or something, but if you want to eat something within a month of purchasing it, buy elsewhere.

Thrive offers much of what I used to buy in the grocery store but for a much better price. To add to that awesomeness, my order is quick to get here and ALWAYS packed like Fort Knox. The cherry on the sundae is Thrives customer service. While I've only needed help from customer service a couple of times, the issues were resolved quickly and the rep was professional and polite in both instances. Don't hesitate giving Thrive a chance. A true game changer.

Just joined Thrive community. Two items were damaged and the rep was very friendly and helpful and immediately offered to replace them - my only criticism is that she got one of them wrong there was another similar item). But the second rep rectified the mistake so I'm very satisfied and will probably order from Thrive again.

Thrive took many extra steps to insure that my order arrived safe! All glass items were individually wrapped, even the bags of chips were packed in paper to keep them from getting crushed. Very pleased!

What would I do without thrive? I live in a small rural town in North Carolina with very few choices of food shopping. Thrive has been a lifesaver. High-quality organic food at great prices. Customer service couldn't be better. I am very thankful to have Thrive as a great way to get quality food.

This is my " go to" for gluten free products, they have a great selection and prices are wonderful. I am unable to find GF products in my area. Since both Earth fare and Fairway have closed my choices are limited. Shipping/packaging have been an issue at times but I have always been given a credit. I can live with a crushed box, the products have survived.

We live in an underserved area in the US. Its hard to find the products I like at our local grocery store and if they do carry it it is much more costly than I paid through Thrive Market. I've only purchased once but anticipate using this ecommerce store again! And again!

I love their products and their customer service is wonderful -- I just wish I would get LESS e-mails... they tend to send you emails alot... if that's my only issue... I am very pleased with their service and products I'm not able to find in store, they deliver quickly and efficiently

Thrive market is there for me! As the markets change and develop I find (and kind of expect) that Thrive is ahead of many diet curves, and provides timely answers to today's ecologically challenging source questions. I like that I can choose the many categories to quicken my searches. Also, if the Thrive cupboard is empty they will send you an email letting you know that your products have arrived. Thanks!

When I logged on, there was a message at the top of my screen saying I would receive 20% off on my entire order. When I checked out, I found out there was a $20 maximum discount. This wasn't just misleading, it was an out-an-out lie. My entire order was more than $100 and I did not receive a 20% discount as promised.

Packaging from order received 2/25/2020 was substandard resulting in heavy items crushing other boxes and items like crackers and pasta.

Selection, shipping, customer service, product info is all great. I can get healthy oils and vinegars, organic nuts, toothpaste and soap, laundry soap, staples, its all there. Stuff i can't find in my local rural grocery store.

Too much money for membership, they do have good options especially for keto, but I cant afford the membership fee.

Thrive Market is the best company to order from because they think of the community and best of all the environment. Within 2 or 3 days I get my order. They have great prices and service. They use to pack orders with plastic (recyclable plastic) but since last year they have been using paper. My orders have always arrived in great shape and I have been a customer for many years.

Answer: Membership is $75 annually but it is less for families who qualify and they donate membership for those in extreme need. I don't know what that limit is. Just the fact they do this is amazing.

Answer: Contact your bank and challenge the charge. I have shopped with Thrive for almost 4 years. This is a glitch in their system. Any issues I have had have been quickly taken care of. Sorry you didn't have the same experience.
