Thrive offers organic and healthy foods/bath products for wonderful prices. Their customer service is unparalleled. Orders come quickly, and you can track their arrival. Really, Thrive is just a real find, and I recommend it highly!
I am so grateful to have learned about Thrive 2+ years ago. I tried them out for some items here and there that I used to get at certain stores all over town. It saved me from doing so many errands, which was so great to have the extra time! Fast forward to today and I purchase so many cleaning items, snacks, staple foods, I try new foods they carry, and all are vetted by them to be healthy and do business the right way. They also keep adding items weekly and they ship you complimentary items so you can try things you may not otherwise buy. I have told so many friends about it and they all have not regretted the shift of ordering with them. Not only do you save time from all the shopping you may need to be doing, you save so so much money, and you are getting such GREAT products from companies you WANT to support! Please do not sell to Amazon!

Thrive Market is amazing. Living in a rural area (being vegan) with no grocery stores within 30 miles I love this option to be able to purchase natural, vegan, organic foods at a great price delivered to my front door. I have always received my order on time and have received quality products. I will continue to order from them.

When I first started ordering from Thrive I would get my groceries in 3-4 days from the time I placed my order. Then this suddenly changed. The past 2 times I have ordered I have waited beyond 14 days from the time my order was placed. I complained the first time via online chat and was told "sorry." They offered me no resolution. I decided to give them another shot. I placed an order on 2/12/20 and received an email that I wont receive my order until approximately 2/21/20. I am really upset. I tried to get on their online chat and it appears it has crashed. I will try again later. I now have to go to the grocery store this weekend to buy all the things I ordered from Thrive. This such a waste of time and money.

I started with Thrive back when organic at lowest prices was the only goal other than the values. Since then the improvements in speed (I suggested maybe 3 years back that speed become a value) have been outstanding (I always hold everything internet up to Amazon standards) and speed really is important. Now the next challenge was responsiveness to issues - making it easy to get feedback and to actually compile and analyze feedback and use it for improvement - a quality that Baldrige-winning companies share - and the ability to fix problems with shipments and delight the customer in the process making them a customer for life (something that Amazon also does well).
As an X-Baldrige examiner, I don't praise easily. Good job Thrive! Keep up the good work.

Love the store, HATE the way they send you your products - NO PACKING SLIP. Say b /c they are going green. Does not make sense. Then I have to print it and it is page after page of products ordered when they could do it and include it right from the warehouse. The responsibility is put back on the consumer. Their meat and wine DO include a nice packing slip...

I'm so glad I tried Thrive about a year ago. Only once did an item come damaged and they quickly sent me another one. The Thrive organic products are really good and reasonably priced. Photo shows some of the products I order on a regular basis.

After comparing store prices & some other online stores to Thrive's prices, Thrive has great savings. They pack their boxes very well to prevent items from rolling around in the box. I've been buying from Thrive for many years and have never been disappointed.

I just received my box. Most of the stuff looks okay, but the Coconut Cream & Almond milk I got was punctured and had gotten over everything and the box was really messed up.

I live in the Upper Peninsula... we do not have access to many organic items. If we do, they are insanely overpriced. I found Thrive through a Vegan Youtube channel. I am not 100% Vegan but with Thrive I can start making healthier choices and be on my way to the lifestyle change! The one thing I love the most is how large the items are for how little you pay. I honestly expected the get like mini size versions - but they weren't! That was super cool. And I was shocked how quickly the items shipped up to my middle of nowhere town. I will be a long time Thrive member!
