I have been ordering from Thrive for quite some time. I have the membership and appreciate the excellent service, packaging, and care they take to make sure your items arrive as if you purchased them from the shelf. I get notifications when it's at my door, and even before that when it's shipped etc. the selection and value is so much better than stores. The multivitamin I take is nearly double on a commonly used two day delivery service. I enjoy their name brand products as much as others. I purchase anything from vitamins to GF pretzels on Thrive. I'm a lifer with Thrive Market and recommend it to everyone!
All my favorite brands in one place and prices that cannot be beat. I love the daily product features and gifts with purchase. On top of everything, amazing customer service and it feels like Thrive really cares about their mission and community. I would love a loyalty or VIP program.

I was excited to try thrive. My first order went smoothly and I liked most of the things I purchased. Then I placed a second order and confirmation took forever. Every day I checked to see when my order was going to finish processing and finally give me a delivery date. It was a week before that happened. That's just ridiculous. If you're subscribing to a delivery service you should be able to choose your delivery date (I work out of the home for days in a row and have to arrange for shipments to be brought in by a neighbor or family member) so getting some random date when I won't be home is the opposite of helpful. The limited options for my lifestyle were frustrating as well. Some things would say they're for my diet type but I'd read the ingredients and see that I can't eat them. Lastly, I have a lot of food allergies so my choices of products Thrive offers were further limited.
When I decided the benefit of thrive wasn't great enough to justify the subscription cost I tried to cancel through the app. There's nothing there to allow you to cancel a membership. You can't even remove your payment method! So I searched the website and found out I HAD to chat with a representative. But first I had to wait for at least 5 minutes for the rep to join the chat. Another waste of my time when all I have time for is to click a button and get out again. When the rep finally comes on he tries to sell me on a 6 month membership... So aggravating. And the chat feature sucks. If you leave the chat you can't get back in to it until they send you a message. There's no designated tab for it or anything so don't hit the back button for anything or you're lost in cyberspace until they message again... That's the end of my rant. Glad to be rid of it as this experience left a bad taste in my mouth over something I was initially excited about. But cute packaging doesn't make up for poor service and communication to customers.

We are always happy to look up the order information and resolve the issue if possible. As far as picking a delivery date, we appreciate that suggestion. As of this time once the order is shipped the delivery time and date would be at the discretion of the courier. Most members can contact the courier and set up a delivery preference or location as well. Additionally, members can cancel at any time by calling, email, chatting, or texting us and we'll be happy to take care of it.
These guys give the best prices, make shopping SUPER easy with their app and filters, ingredient lists, reviews etc... that save time. Shipping is always fast, even when they are busy (somehow, magically). It saves me so much time, and money, instead running from store to store trying to find what I need. Oh, PLUS, they give perks and offers all the time, it's almost too good to be true! And if that's not impressive enough already, these people are all HEART. Always giving to the community, finding sustainable sources /practices, so much better for the planet, and good for us all too. What a revolutionary way to shop. Thank you Thrive Team!

Good prices, easy to find what you are looking for depending on what you like. Ie shop paleo, vegan, cruelty free... instead of having to investigate it! They do the work for you.

We motor homed around the country for 10 years... in state parks, and generally not near a premier market like a Wholefoods, and we are careful with our diet, it was tough. Started with Thrive about 4 years ago, so that special items were delivered to our RV. Have settled into a Condo, and although Publix does a good job, there is not all the specialty foods we need... so still get a weekly delivery and you beat Publix's prices, too!

Thrive is a wonderful platform to purchase items that are ecologically conscious. I really appreciate the transparency and the accessibility to speak with customer support quickly and efficiently. They carry most of the products I want and use regularly and offer even more. Free gifts with purchases of household items and food are also a plus.
I have never had any issues with shipping, My orders are always at my door 2-3 days from when I've placed.
There are some interface tweaks I would love to see but overall the mobile app is really clean and easy to use.
I would like to see their meat bundles go down in price a bit as I can easily get the same kinds of options around my area for cheaper. Though, I really like the idea of having seafood delivered to my door packaged for storage already. And my only other issue is that as a member you still have to pay for shipping for items if you spend under $50.00
Over all I really like this company and I support the business and would definitely recommend Thrive to anyone who is tired of spending too long sifting through the isles of your local grocery store for products that you can trust at prices that are more expensive than they need to be.

The products are great and the savings are nice, but is it worth it when it takes 2 weeks to get your product? What used to be 2-3 day shipping is now MUCH longer. My most recent order was placed on 3/1/20 and my expected delivery date is 3/12/20. Saving money is nice, but not if I have to go to the store in the meantime to buy the things I'm waiting on having delivered.

A lot of out of stock items and shipping time is very slow. Also, packages are left out in the rain and snow instead of on my covered porch (although this is a delivery service issue.) Prices are ok, but it just seems easier to shop local.

Sometimes when I order I received my order two to three days after ordering, and other times when I order I go back 3 days later to check my account and they haven't even processed it yet. They're shipping practices are completely unreliable. Also if you have a problem with a product that you've bought, they will not accept your returns back to give you your money back but instead they will credit your thrive account back so that you can purchase something else. Typically this isn't a problem for me but it could be for some people. The products that they sell are reasonably priced but when you add in the fee per year it ends up being more expensive than what you can get at Walmart or your local whole foods store.
Everyone that I talked to her recently has been very kind when I do have an issue they're very eager to help resolve it.

Certain factors like weekends, holidays, weather delays, etc. do impact shipping but please know that we are in communication with all of our couriers so if there is a problem that needs resolution we are able to contact our members regarding the situation. While we do process damaged items and returns back to Gift Cards as the refund would be immediate and many members, as you stated yourself, will use it on their next order, we can always process refunds back to the payment method on file. That is not a problem. We are always happy for feedback so we can continue to make our members' experience better!
Over communicate resulting to mix up orders. Changes to your monthly reoccurring orders don't reflect. Phoned and asked to change and save still didn't happen. During a call with agent I was put on hold for 10 minutes which resulted for me to hang up but they never called me back.
