Thrive has products that I can't find anywhere else. Very reasonable prices and great variety for every diet. AND-they deliver!
I follow a plant-based lifestyle and many of the pantry items I use regularly are either hard to find or super expensive or both! But Thrive offers so much of what I need and delivers it right to my door quickly and affordably!

Shipments arrive beautifully packed in all recyclable materials, and are always fresh and healthy choices. We will not eat any other marinara, even better than my homemade!

Thrive offers great items. I tried the month trial. I only did that because that is the only way you can browse the store. Once I did i was happy with what they had to offer, however; aside from their brand, everything is available at my local Whole Foods, that I can have delivered in 2 hours, without a membership fee. I would consider joining again becaues they give back and their brand is great if I could get ALL my items from them. But, I will never know if they expand their inventory, because as a non-member, I cannot browse their stock. So, Whole Foods and Wegmans it is for me.

I have been ordering for almost 4 years. I have experienced little if any problems. The one time I contacted customer service I was treated professionally and kindly. I keep finding more and more products that are available at their store. Thank you!

I signed up - thinking I'd have 30 days to see if I liked it, but they immediately charged my credit card. Then, I go to purchase pantry items and there is literally 3 soups to choose from (I'm vegetarian), the rest of the items said "be back soon". I go online for the convenience, but since I've now been waiting 45 minutes on hold to try and cancel and get a refund it is far from convenient. Don't bother with them.

I LOVE this company! For probably five years I've been ordering exceptional products from Thrive Market. The product quality, integrity of the companies that supply them, variety, website design and usability and... well, I just can't say enough good things about it. Almost any dietary restrictions are considered and healthy, mostly organic products are the foundation of this company. Their own Thrive brand is awesome and covers a large assortment of products. They research every item they carry and are quick to make right any issues that arise (I've had only one in all this time). Keep on keeping' on, Thrivers!

I ordered something over a month ago, paid extra shipping to forego membership, and got charged $65 for a membership I declined today. I have reported this fraudulent charge to my bank and will not do business with thrive market in the future. Now I have to wait 3-5 days to get my money back. Not happy!

Buying is a worthwhile experience as long as we find a person like Dayana genuinely caring and interested in helping. Normally it's expected that you'll be paying a little extra for 'healthy' or special diet products. Thrive Market makes it a lot easier. I was a customer about 5 years ago, had to take a break from the subscription for various reasons, but I'm back as a member. I have a surprising amount of friends/family with special dietary needs, so I just buy whatever I enjoy, and inevitably I ALWAYS have food around to accommodate my peers - whether they're vegan, keto, paleo, gluten intolerant, diabetic, or just a regular ol' health nut. I live in a rural area so it's really nice having a service that can deliver these products to me - otherwise I'd have to drive about an hour and 30 minutes to the nearest Whole Foods, which is way overpriced.
Once in awhile Thrive will offer a product at a higher price than my grocery store offers, but so far that's only been 2 items I've ever purchased. I still buy them from Thrive anyway because I fully support their ethics and their cause. Plus, it's never more than a dollar difference if it is more expensive.
The membership fee is negligible- you will make it up in savings even if you just make an order every couple months. I order housewares, baking supplies, snacks, pantry staples, and sometimes even OTC medicines from Thrive Market and I've always been pleased. They have excellent customer service and I've never been disappointed by them.

Answer: Membership is $75 annually but it is less for families who qualify and they donate membership for those in extreme need. I don't know what that limit is. Just the fact they do this is amazing.
