I have been a Thrive Market customer since the 2014. Thrive consistently offers quality products at better than retail prices. I understand Thrive is having a hard time with new customer demand and it is disappointing to longtime customers like me to not be able to order what we need when we need it. Please be patient with them- they are a great company!
Very disappointed in shipping times and lack of items. If you're being a charged a membership, you should have an expectation that you will get service. It's not like a regular grocery store- you have to pay in order to buy products. What are you paying for?

I have ordered several times. I have used search, search by diet, and purchased items for myself and a family just diagnosed with specific food allergies. The searches and filters made short work of finding special diet restricted items.

Thrive first puts the the needs of those who need their organic products at a priority! Especially as we care for people hurting during this virus crisis! Fair, because they have not raised prices on any products! This company is an awesome example to other companies who are taking advantage of food shortages, and raising prices to a degree of shame! There are some items that are better priced on thrive, but not all. I'm not sure it's really worth the membership fee.
My daughter told me about Thrive Market when I was voicing concerns about venturing out during this "shelter at home" season. Great selections and they update you frequently on your order. My first order came within a week and everything I ordered was fresh. Plus I didn't have to go out. Stay healthy everyone and do your ordering online if you can. It's such a better choice.

Thrive Market is one of my favorite places for sustainable and eco-conscious supplies. I know that when I order with Thrive, I don't have to worry about shady ingredients or misleading products. The system of ordering was confusing. In order to order meats and fish, a large order must be placed. I am only ordering for myself, so that was unsatisfactory. Smaller portions should be available. In order to even look through the products, I had to sign up. That was totally objectionable. I ordered. Whether I stay with the company will depend on the delivery of my order, the quality of products I ordered, and availability of items in the future. So far, I am not very happy.

We appreciate your feedback regarding our frozen Meat and Seafood bundles. At this time in order to ensure our members are getting the best deal on the products and that we're causing minimal environmental impact Frozen orders do need to be ordered in a bundle and not just one or two products. I have been a member for some time. The company had grown so much and continues to offer more and more choices. If something goes wrong, they are prompt and friendly!

Don't always find exactly what I want but always find enough that I do want. Fortunately I live in a community that has a wonderful health food store but there are things I can't get there that Thrive does have. And if I ever have a problem with an order Thrive's customer service is top notch.
So convenient to have organic food delivered to home. Have been a member long before the sanitary concerns. They are dealing with the ordering issues well, given how severe an issue the world is experiencing. Good search function to help you find what you need.
Great selection of products for everyone, best value I've found, easy site to use. During "normal" times shipping is quick & free samples of regular size products. Doesn't take much to get free shipping. Thanks for being there, esp. Now. Stay safe!
I've been using Thrive for about 6 months and its already paid for itself with the great discounts. A lot of the items I had been purchasing elsewhere are often several dollars cheaper on Thrive - very much worth it!
I also try to use mostly organic products, and their website makes it very easy to filter and search for "organic only" items too.
We joined Thrive in early February and successfully placed many orders which were promptly shipped. Great prices on regular items our family uses daily plus the benefit of knowing what they sell is safe for us and the environment. After the pandemic began in the USA, basic necessities became scarce everywhere. Thrive was no exception. People are still hoarding. To cope with the surge in consumption of goods, Thrive sent out notices about shipping delays and limited stock. They also kindly asked members to limited their order sizes and frequency. We have received two orders which were placed after the crisis began. Thrive is handling the demand in a very professional manner. My favorite part is their refusal to price gouge despite the demand. Even big name grocery stores have stopped with sales or promotions.
We are able to get our supplements, toilet paper and daily snacks within the comfort of home. Never going without. The delayed handling and shipping is no big deal. If you read their statement about the situation and had some patience and understanding, maybe more customers would have more glowing reviews. They are a good company to do business with in our opinion. But if you want same day grocery delivery, better stick with your standard big name grocers who offer these services. Although, you'll find it difficult to get what you order with ANY company right now. Nothing but praise for Thrive! Thank you for your hard work!
My items never arrived despite a delivery date of 3/16. I placed my order on 3/10, but am still waiting for the package.

Answer: Membership is $75 annually but it is less for families who qualify and they donate membership for those in extreme need. I don't know what that limit is. Just the fact they do this is amazing.
