If you are looking for a health / vitamin store this is the company you want to shop from. Prices, customer service are excellent. Their commitment and mission to not price gauge, help as many people as possible and to donate to those who need Is my mission also. I've told everyone I know about Thrive Mkt. I love this company and their mission.
As a busy mom I am so thrilled to have found Thrive Market! They have all my favorite pantry and cosmetics at cheaper prices all in one place and delivered to my door, it doesn't get any better. I used to have to go to 3 different stores to get my favorites. With COVID-19 they didn't increase their prices and they took action and directed profits and donations towards families in need. They may be low in stock but they restock often. Supporting good companies is the future of consumerism; be a smart buyer and not only support your families health but also your community. I can't wait to try their meat and wine! Thanks you Thrive Market for being a good hearted company!

Joined in order to avoid going to grocery store. Just about every item i wanted was out of stock. Not worth the membership fee per month if I still have to go to the store to get staples.

Product selection is decent and the free samples/trials were nice when they had them. I enjoy trying new products, and have found some favorites from the beauty section as well as food for my family and dogs:-) If something is out of stock, it can be saved to a list for later if re-stocked. Also nice to look at past purchases for re-ordering. Most prices are very reasonable!
My only complaint is the inability to leave delivery notes on the website. I called customer service and let them know a box with items like chocolate was left at my (unlocked) gate in the sun, not walked up to my porch where there would have been adequate shade (other delivery people leave boxes on my porch). I know drivers can be lazy and Thrive has no control over them, but perhaps a perishable sticker or instructions might have helped? The agent I spoke to seemed indifferent to my concerns and did nothing.

I had to sign up (and thought I could get a free trial) to find out if Thrive shipped to me and if they had what I wanted. It was not transparent and the availability of products is terrible, but you can't know that until you sign up. Canceling.

Like many other companies we are experiencing a higher than normal out of stock numbers, but we're doing everything we can to restock our products as quickly as possible.
I am 2 months shy of reaching my 1-year mark as a Thrive member. I love shopping on this site. I typically LOVE grocery shopping, but there's something about having all the essentials in one spot - brands that or types of food that I would typically buy. To be honest, I signed up for Thrive because of the brand Good Catch (it's only available on Thrive) and have purchased not only food, but also beauty and cleaning supplies. I actually bought my diffuser on here too!
Even during this crazy pandemic, they are providing me some things that I'd rather buy here. Sure, they're out of things - every grocery store or all-in-one store (i. E. Target/Walmart) is! I am also contributing to a company that gives back to the community. I can't be mad at that.
The reason for 4 stars is because they're packaging can be a little surplus. I do love that they take care of my purchases through special shipping/handling, but the usage of plastic bags can be overwhelming. I have started to reuse them.

I joined Thrive Market when Whole Foods was bought by Amazon. I can buy many of the same brands there, at a lower price, and I feel like the corporate values are more in line with mine. I like being able to contribute 10% towards feeding families in need. The selection isn't quite as large as I would like, and they've been overwhelmed right now, but I still feel good about shopping at Thrive.

Thrive Market goes the extra mile, particularly under the present pandemic, to restock and deliver as fast as they can. The customer service is amazing and ready to address any query you might have regarding a certain product. Their products are mostly organic, which is a plus. It would be great to find also regular unbleached all-purpose flour and sugar, especially at present when one has to improvise and prepare more at home with the available ingredients. I have been very very pleased with their customer service. A bottle of salad dressing arrived and had been broken during shipment. They quickly and happily replaced it. I love the way you can shop by diet preference. This makes shopping so easy and convenient. Thank you, Thrive Market!

So many things are out of stock and the prices are not much cheaper than going to the store. There were multiple items i wanted to get that were out of stock (and some of them became out of stock while they were in my cart!)

I'm happy to have Thrive available to order our organic and healthy basics at a price we can afford. We live in a small town in a rural county, so don't have access to many organics. Thrive continues to be innovative --- which sometimes causes hiccups in service, but I can live with that. [The local shipping service also loves the Thrive boxes and all the packing materials. ;) ]

I was having trouble placing an order. The system did not like my payment info. Jason helped me get through a maze of issues and wow, he was so patient (even while he was thanking ME for MY patience). So now I have an order in place. And that's at a substantial savings over my local grocery store -- which I cannot visit anymore because I am in high risk category -- 85 years old. THANK YOU SO MUCH, JASON.

I love Thrive Market. They have a good selection of snacks, baking goods, pet supplies, paper/home goods, etc. at better prices than Whole Food. AND it's for a great cause.
