I thought I placed my order before my thrive cash expired and I didn't now I can't use it

I used to be a subscriber and have signed up again. All I want to do it shop your various departments buy the things I want and get them shipped. I am single and don't need regular shipments but your site keeps bombarding me with "sign up for timed shipments for the same items. The whole experience was frankly annoying, I understand the financial benefit to the company to do this but I don't need it and would guess that many don't. I placed an order and will try it again and hope the experience improves

Start packing the heavy stuff on the bottom or send out two boxes or I'm canceling my subscription. It says I need 100 words I don't have 100 words to explain to ship the stuff decent. I'm getting tired of paying for stuff that comes damaged.

It's a pain to order, the selection of products I can use is very limited, many of the products I have tried are gross, and I hate the membership fee and the additional "safety" fee (whatever that is) NO other company has it. The only reason I order from them at all is because they have two products I can't get anywhere else.

For 3 months I kept getting a cinnamon granola packaged as the mixed berry. I called and reported this multiple times and nothing was done. If we don't know what it in the package, how are we to know it is safe to eat especially if we have allergies. If a customer calls with an issue, please take it seriously. I will be canceling my subscription.

I recently purchased a bottle of olive oil and an expired last month. The one I replaced it with expired June of 2025. I've tried to reach out but I haven't had any response.

More predatory than Comcast and just as hard to cancel. Last year I signed up for a free trial and placed an order. After it hadn't been delivered in two weeks, I contacted customer service to check on the order and to cancel. After having to deal with a chat bot through 5 rounds of offers about upcoming deals, I was transferred to a representative. I timed it, and it was 5 minutes for the real person to connect, then three minutes to the second for every message after that. I'm sure they have it set automatically so that people get frustrated and close the chat window. They ended up cancelling my membership while we were chatting (after three more rounds of increasingly better offers) and agreed to reship the order that never left the warehouse. The order took another week to ship. Just this morning I received an email that my membership auto-renewed. Apparently because they shipped the replacement order after my membership had cancelled, it reactivated. I didn't get charged for last year, but I did for the renewal. I just had to go through the exact same chatbot system of offers and representative offers before being able to cancel. This company is doing everything it can to take your money.

Too many of your products are made with sea salt and sea salt has micro plastics in it! I am finding less and less products I can buy from Thrive!

I used to love ordering from here. But not anymore. Off & on for over a year it has been overly challenging. The chat is worthless. The emails never come across not even to spam. Just so tired of the hassle

Selection and prices aren't great. Not really impressed so far. Will give it another month before cancelling. Had to buy multiples just to get free shipping because couldn't find enough to fill a cart.

I usually shopped health food stores and the prices are so expensive. I appreciate the variety of Thrive Market and the quality of the food. I had an issue with the salt plastic grinder and they made it right. I appreciate the service and the quality of the shipping, most of the time. I had a crushed box and all things inside were good but I told them about the shipping service, and they responded immediately. I am buying things that are new to me but they are of good quality adn I enjoy the adventure and new tastes.

When email received to add to order or replace, another order begins with more shipping added instead of adding to existing order. This is a huge waste of time.

Until I read the reviews, I was ready to sign up. The three reasons I did not, and will not, try this service are as follows: 1. Horrible ratings (current 2.63 stars) 2. Lack of transparency understanding and navigating what the site is like prior to signing up :( 3. The #1 reason I would never sign up is the majority of reviews stating how difficult it is to cancel your membership. That is just really bad business and shows you really don't care about anyone. You can join, but you cant cancel. You need to chat online via messaging on their site with a customer service rep. When you do, ask for an email confirmation. Then go to your bank/ paypal/ etc, and remove your payment info. These guys charged me two years that I didn't use because I "signed up for auto renewal". Otehr companies (like Squarespace for instance) will email you in advance to let you know about an upcoming charge, not Thrive. No way to dispute either. You are better off using other subscription services out there with friendly practices. This company is shady. Also, this company is rated "A+" with BBB, but with 2 star reviews (see screenshot attached). If you read the reviews there they all suffer the same experience.

Thrive held onto my credit card info, and billed me for an annual membership which I never requested and never used. They made it difficult to cancel my membership, and very difficult to get them to remove my credit card information from their database. I cannot trust this organization, based on their deceptive marketing practices.

I did not order for over a year and canceled my subscription well ahead of the auto renew. Of course Thrive rebilled me again. I followed all directions to cancel and get a refund and once again they tell me my subscription is canceled but refused the refund. I have ordered any products for at least 18 months.
This service is not worth the trouble. There are much better online services.

Have to pay to see what is available. Everything I wanted was not in stock. And getting a cancelation, refund in the first 30 days is obnoxious. Very pushy. Not respectful of time. A huge waste of time.
The AUTOSHIP is ridiculous. It auto suggests items in your cart and then starts a count down that it's going to ship soon! Freakin crazy!
Worst experience and I will never try again. Very poor taste throughout the entire experience.

The food tastes like mush. I canceled which was impossible and they still billed me for an auto ship I never signed up for. No products just billed my credit card. No money back.

Very sketchy company. I have been trying to cancel my membership since June of this year and it's now December. Customer service is awful. I'm not trying to sound dramatic, but it's honestly corrupt how they've handled my complaints. Do not sign up!
