One of the reasons why I joined thrive was because the freebies and/or coupon codes that they would give you often. Now for some reason we never get them anymore. What happened? While I appreciate so many things about thrive, it's not very fair to take away all the pro bonuses now. I'm really not saving that much money now.

Great products at a reasonable price with great shipping free of charge for orders or 50.00 dollars. All products in easy to use categories with a good search engine.

The products are high quality. Thrive helps me buy no or low sugar foods - without artificial sweeteners - to help me curb my sugar intake. We have sampled many snacks and found most to be tastey. I've been a Thrive Market customer for a few years now. I've always found their pricing to be the best, they have excellent sales (especially for Whole30!) and when there are any issues, they handle it right away and with a virtual smile!

I have been a Thrive Market shopper for about two years now and have never been disappointed with my purchases. I'm sorta weird about dented cans and when an order came in with several, I contacted customer service and they QUICKLY replaced the damaged cans. My experiences have been positive and altho I am NOT a fan of paying membership dues for the privilege to shop, I've made an exception for this market. Now in this crazy period we're living through, I am abundantly grateful for this service. Having to go out and physically shop for goods sounds like a nightmare for this wife of an immunocompromised spouse. I am grateful for Thrive Market! Thank you ever so much! I signed up for Thrive to order products for an anti-inflammatory diet because I didn't want to go to multiple stores searching. It was difficult to search the site and many searches result in unrelated products or a poor variety. I sent an inquiry to the company to cancel my membership before the 30 day trial was up. The response was a whole explanation of their policy and how I would get an email to cancel before the trial was up. I never received the follow-up email and just wanted to cancel. Now I'm stuck for a year and need to order so I'm not wasting more money as that membership fee isn't small. Not only is there a $70 membership fee but your order has to be over $49 or you have to pay for shipping. After placing an order, I was able to find everything I ordered on other sites for less money and free shipping. There is no savings involved in this site.

This market is similar to a local co-op grocery. They have high quality products that can be hard to find at chain supermarkets. The Thrive branded products are great too. Good prices for good products. I contacted customer service about a torn package and they refunded my money.
