I love Thrive Market! Great selection of Whole30 foods. I get all my condiments & snacks from them. They have all been delicious. I was sad recently when they basically closed due to lack of inventory but was not surprised one bit. All the stores in my town were also having the same problem. I compare prices with my grocery store and most of the items cost less with Thrive Market. And what's also wonderful is that I don't have to go to the store, they send it to me! I'm always surprised at how fast it gets there. Again, love this place!
I have been a customer for several years, always happy with the service and products. After moving across the country, I updated my address book and went to place my order, only to get alert after alert saying that a product is not available "in my area." Um, what? It's being shipped from one place... why can I get mayonnaise but not jelly? And why, Thrive, do you tell me what's not available in such a tedious manner? I hit Place Order, get a message saying I need to remove something that's "not available in your area." I do so, then have to put my address in again... just to get another error message saying to remove something else, give my address AGAIN... repeat for another dozen items. For the love of sanity, can't you tell me what's "not available" all at once? I was this close to closing the site and walking away. If it weren't for my dogs needing their chew sticks, you would have one less order to fill today.
The person I contacted via Chat blamed it all on Covid-19, but I don't see how that makes your website so tedious to work with. Hoping it gets better in the future, because some of the products and prices can't be beat.

Good but with Product Inventory in limbo it's sort of not responsive on necessities.
Lots of their items are good quality so it's a nice marketing resource for thing people would likely buy in stores.

I enjoy the personalized shopping experience; you fill out a survey and products are streamlined for the type of things you use. They have brands that I already use. Product information is easy to find. The store sends the order right to your door step. I'm anticipating delivery of my first order!

Frustrating when you click on items that supposedly are available and get an error message. I instant chatted someone about this issue and they stated that means item is not available in a warehouse in my area? Doesn't make sense, if it's not available near me, why can't it be shipped from another warehouse. Makes me want to cancel my membership...
Hi Alicia. We are very sorry for the frustration you've experienced. Once you place your first order, the website will only show you items available at your designated warehouse. In our efforts to remain carbon-conscious, we do not allow members to choose the warehouse other than the one assigned to their area. Good news is, we restock these warehouses similarly so it will be rare for you to find an item out of stock in your area but available in another.
Got disconnected a couple times during chat but was able to get back on track on the same subject. Very helpful and looking forward to sharing this site with friends who has selective grocery need.

Love this company. Of course, with the Covid-19 pandemic, orders were much slower than usual or expected, but I really appreciate how the management let us know in advance that this would occur and also asked that only those in great need purchase (at that particular time back in March). I love seeing my saving, and then donating a large portion back to those in needs. What a fantastic model. Bravo!

Thrive Market has great prices, an amazing array of choices in a variety of interests, i. E., food, wines, beauty products, diapers and much more.
Thrive Market, also has a small business "feel" to it, generous promotions, quality products at great prices and I've always received my orders quickly and in perfect condition.

I thrive on my blend of herbal teas to protect, defend & repair my body while eliminating toxins. I have used it for some time due to damages from a 120 foot fall. As I live in a small rural town, the teas are often difficult to find. While I Hope Thrive will carry even more of an assortment in the future, I have been able to order sufficient teas for my needs. Thank you so much for your offerings!

I've been a Thrive Market member now for several months and have been very satisfied with their service. They carry many of the pantry items I would normally purchase at Whole Foods, but for a much lower price. I would estimate that I recouped my membership fee by the 2nd order.
They recently experienced some delays due to demand during Covid-19, but each time I ordered, they provided clear expectations at the order point as well as updates to the status of my order. I was really impressed with the communication.

I used to love Thrive, however, lately I am disappointed. I am not sure if it is because of the current situation or Thrive is actually struggling, but I am not happy. I wanted to use Thrive instead of going into the grocery store but I could barely find any of the ingredients on my list. Not to mention, after I was ready to check out, I had to take out a bunch of my stuff because I kept getting a notice saying, " error: cannot ship this item to the specified address". I'll give it one more month.
* Update: June 12th 2020 more products are becoming available.

The opportunity to buy organic items and the convicience of having it delivered and delivered in a timely manner is amazing.
