We rely on Thrive Market for most of our non-perishable food, our household cleaning products, and our body care products. The phone app is so convenient to quickly add items to my cart as I notice we will need them soon.
Besides from lots of "out of stock" items and mediocre pricing, I was charged a different amount from what my bill listed. It turned out the coupon code was invalid but it was not shown until I got my receipt showing a different amount then what I agreed to pay. Despite their error the customer service was not very helpful.

Bring back great deals and free gifts for members. Delivery is too delayed, takes too much time before receiving the purchase. That's not encouraging. Also, handling of package is getting rough. Got some of my package in a very bad condition twice

Most of the time either some or most of the products I need to purchase are out of stock. This is very disappointing.

Everything I have ordered in Thrive from name brand to their own brand which is unbelievably wonderful is always consistently great. The products are significantly less expensive than in my local grocery stores minus the hassle. The love I get a text of when it's arriving. Great company.

I joined Thrive two months ago, when going to the grocery store was not something I could easily do. Things have changed a little but having the ability to order high quality products from sustainable producers and distributors is such a blessing and privilege. It is a huge comfort and peace of mind to have a little less to worry about when it comes to food. I'm so excited to try this gluten free sourdough starter! Opening my orders and seeing the "packed by," name written in black marker makes me appreciate the humanity of who is making this possible for me. Thank you workers of Thrive!

I've been mildly pleased with this site. However, I live in an area where I have access to all of the items they sell and more at about the same price. I know they do price matching but having to pay the annual $50 fee doesn't make sense for our family. If you have a natural food store and a Whole Foods in your area you basically have more than what they offer and if you're a smart shopper you will find everything you want on sale for less than they sell it. This is a really great concept for people who live in small towns or maybe even big cities where getting to a Sprouts or Trader Joe's is too difficult.

Plus, our annual membership not only provides you with a membership, but also gives one to a low-income family in parts of the country that really need it. We completely understand having the convenience of a local store, and we hope you reconsider being a member again in the future.
I'm in my second month as a Thrive Market member, and, on balance, I'm satisfied. The highlights: pantry staples, home goods and spices. I'm just about to try the wine. Like others, I'm frustrated over the pantry staples that never seem to be available (looking at you, coconut water!). But my single largest frustration--and one that may turn out to eventually be a deal breaker for me--is that you can't buy larger quantities. As a gluten-free vegan, I eat lots of dried fruit and nuts. VERY frustrating to me that they only sell small bags of those snacks. Doesn't seem very eco-friendly either. I end up feeling ripped off at having to buy four little bags of say dried apricots rather than one large one. So I'm still a bit on the fence, but if the wine is good, that could be a deal maker for me.

I haven't used Thrive Market too long, but have not had any problems. They have what I want and when out, I request a notice To let me know when they have restocked, which they did. I like the products and prices as well as the convenience of delivery. I have no complaints whatsoever. I'm very happy with them. I don't have a picture as I unpacked and ate my last order. The review popped up as I was ordering more things outside of my monthly box.

You guys are amazing! I received an email apologizing about my order being delayed because of the pandemic. It said they were sorry that they let me down! I thought, with everything going on in the world, I could wait a little while longer for my granola! I just hope everyone at Thrive is safe and healthy! And a HUGE thank you for helping me stay home, safe and healthy! I actually thought about cancelling my membership prior to the outbreak of COVID because money was tight, now because of the excellent service, I will continue to be a member!

I love the food that I get. I thing the value is amazing, so is the customer service. However, Thrive is out of groceries my family likes very often. Check the site, the products do not come back.

I really do love this site! The ease of shopping, fact it's curated and GOOD foods is great. The trouble I have found is that they are out of a lot of staples which I need and one of the main reasons I signed up to begin with. With COVID-19 and more people seeking options like this hopefully they can figure out the supply and demand fast! And would love even more fresh food options if possible.

I buy many staple products from Thrive (pantry goods/easy meals/snacks). We are a gluten-free dairy-free household and it's easy on thrive to find what I need right away. I would recommend it to anyone who has a dietary need or restriction. It is cheaper prices than my local grocery store. Every box says who it is packed by which I think is a great feature given the times. Thrive has done a great job of keeping up with panic buying during Covid.

I discovered Thrive this year, and I just keep coming back. They offer a reasonable variety of non-perishable goods with an emphasis on organic, sustainable products. They have a limited assortment of perishables - so you still have to buy produce somewhere else. To me, that is not a problem. I am the type of consumer who cares about to whom I am giving my money. So I searched about their corporate practices and was impressed by what I found. I am very proud of their philosophy of supporting small businesses and drive a positive change in the world.

Answer: Membership is $75 annually but it is less for families who qualify and they donate membership for those in extreme need. I don't know what that limit is. Just the fact they do this is amazing.
