I have been a member for a few years and appreciate the variety of items offered and the service overall has been very good! I understand that the Covid-19 pandemic has created shortages with some items and with all things at this time, patience is key. Thank you!
Everything arrived in a reasonable amount of time, and was packed to perfection. Nothing leaked or broke. Just a little disappointed in the milk I ordered. I should have read the size instead of just looking at the picture which showed the half gallon size 64 oz but I was sent 32 oz. Other than that the prices are not really cheaper so, I may or may not order again there is no wow factor here.

Fantastic selection of the products I regularly use. The only problem I have had is that I purchased was the gluten free graham cracker crust. It came broken up and crushed and was all over the crushed box. The company gave me a coupon to replace the two crusts I purchased and spoke to the delivery company about the poor handling of their box.

I tried thrive market and I am very impressed with the quality of their products. I love that they have sustainable seafood sources. I was shocked at how quickly I received my order. I'm already placing more orders for some of the items our family tried and enjoyed. I like how easy the website makes it to find items under your specific diet or specific requests for quality (ie- keto, organic etc). I live in a very rural area so finding these things at a local store can be very difficult. I will definitely be continuing to use this site and recommending it to others.

Great products and prices! The membership pays for itself. I was a little disappointed that an item that I was emailed was back in stock and I had it in my basket and could not continue with my order because it was not in stock after all. Other than that I am super excited to get my first order! :)

I was already really happy with my Thrive experience, then recently an order contained a couple of damaged items and I prepared for the usual hassles associated with online orders. I contacted them and was pleasantly surprised when they immediately corrected the problem. I was a dedicated amazon shopper but these days if Thrive has the same or equivalent products I'll order from them instead.

To be honest, at first, I was a little trepidatious to pay an annual fee in order to use an online shopping service, but the fact that all of the shipping is carbon-neutral far outweighed the cost of the annual fee in my opinion, and on top of everything, the website itself is so beautiful and well designed, thanks thrive!

I enjoy the products I purchase from Thrive. I have not liked everything I've purchased, but I enjoy the experience of trying new products. And I have found some new products through Thrive that we love. Some of those have proven to be very beneficial. The site is easy to use. I appreciate the opportunities for free shipping. It's been a little frustrating to try to re-order and items be out of stock, but that's everywhere due to COVID craziness. Also, through the freebies, we have found a few products that are on our regular order now--so those are a definite plus!

I have been using Thrive Market on/off for about 3 years, possible 4. I have had great experiences with their customer service. They are often out of the products that I enjoy, so the consistent out-of-stock items can be inconvenient and is often why I don't put in an order. Shopping certain items that may need temp control is something I stay away from, living in a hot climate. A good portion of their items are a good value, while others are over-priced. Utilize their coupons! I love taking advantage of their sales and coupon deals. They've been very busy during this lock-down period, so I'm currently giving them consideration on that. I do still recommend them because they carry quality goods.

Ordering from thrive has been so easy, even during a pandemic! Products that I was disappointed were out of stock quickly became available again, I was notified, and I included them in my next order. All of my orders came fast, and looked great! I'm thankful to have had this resource for healthy food especially when I needed to stay out of the grocery stores.
Hi Moriah! We know how important it is for you to have the items you need when you need them. Although maintaining inventory levels has been challenging during the past few months, we are working as hard as possible to get back to our pre-COVID inventory levels.
Right now I don't always feel comfortable leaving the house to grocery shop, I rely on thrive for almost all my food and daily needs. I have always received what I needed quickly and affordably. I have seen other people complain about "out of stock". But realistically people we are in a pandemic and my local target literally hasn't had canned goods all week, restocking is difficult right now when people buy up everything. The things I find that are out of stock have an easy user interface of "remind me when in stock" and its always really fast. I have recommended all my friends to Thrive.

I love this website. I found it at the beginning of quarantine, and I won't ever stop using it. It's great for hard to find items, and so much more convenient than walking through a health food store. I also like how they notify me when certain previously out of stock items are back in stock. A few of the reviews are from people angry that some items are temporarily out of stock. I don't know what they expect when there is a rush on things and the quarantine has made it harder to get things from manufacturers. It's certainly better than risking your health by going into a Whole Foods, and also finding bare shelves! I also love that you can "shop by diet." My daughter recently needed to get on a gluten free diet, and it is SO easy to find lots of new products at great prices for her to try! The prices are great, and I love the Thrive brand products a lot. Thanks for making my life easier and healthier!
