I initially signed up for Thrive as they sell something that is too cost prohibitive for me to get in a local store. I would rather support local stores however I am also happy to support Thrive as they are a company with high standards and integrity.
I learned about THRIVE MARKET in 2016. I was searching for a great online website that wasn't AMAZON to buy the kinds of organic EVERDAY foods that I eat & like without being limited & BAM. I saw them looked over the website. While I read the raving reviews. I joined by THRIVE market by purchasing a 6 month membership at the time.
So proud that I wasn't disappointed at ALL! What was really impressive to me & touched my heart was. At the end of checkout when it's time to pay for your items you're given the opportunity to donate a percentage of funds to those less fortunate so they could get great healthy affordable organic foods for themselves or their families. Whenever I was able to I'd stretch my budget a bit EXTRA & donate because I was there before. & God alone knows what the future holds.
I also HIGHLY recommend their poultry, meats & seafood boxes if you're on a budget or have a large family. From organic free range chicken to grass fed beef, to wild caught seafood? You cannot beat it especially if you can't afford to join an online mandatory, monthly meat & seafood package like me. You can buy as needed without any strings attached. Everything is FRESH & the quality is TOP NOTCH!
I appreciate it ALL. From the spectacular customer service both thru the call center or online chat, the sustainable items used in packing it, to the SUPERB quality of the food.

Like many other people, I joined Thrive Market in March during the Covid-19 pandemic. I was disappointed that I could not get all of the products I needed - namely flour and yeast - but I understood that there were higher than normal demands. I was disappointed that my membership started when I joined, rather than when I was able to place my first order - in late May. However, I have been impressed with the products I have received and I will definitely continue to shop here! I still haven't been able to get yeast or flour, but my other supplier came back in stock, so I didn't need it. I tried other pantry staples in both brands that I knew and didn't know. I am excited about the Thrive brand and I have been happy with the quality of their store-brand products.

I'm impressed by the price savings on supplements and protein powders especially. Cheaper than Amazon, and supporting a company that actually cares about its workers. Shipping is super fast. I've never had an issue. They're essentially a zero waste company, too. Very eco-friendly shipping. All of the shipping supplies are recylable. Not all the prices are better than what I can find locally, but many are. The savings on our supplements alone make the yearly membership so worth it.
To address the current top negative review: the "Be Back Soon" thing is because they were seriously overrun with orders because of the pandemic and several things were out of stock. Supply chains are overrun and some things are taking a while to get back in stock. For me, there were a few things I wanted that I couldn't get in one order, then the next time I went to order some were back in stock but some weren't. It's just the way of things right now. Hopefully not for long.

Everything that I receive is great quality, I think I'm just frustrated with how many items are continually out of stock. I'm really trying to limit my trips to the grocery store and use Thrive 100% for my pantry items, but so far that hasn't been possible. The prices are great though. I really wish that Thrive wouldn't put each item into a separate plastic ziplock baggy though, it seems so wasteful to me when I don't even use plastic bags in my home. Each item is wrapped in paper and plastic which could be accomplished with just paper wrapping in my opinion.

I'm very happy with the healthy lifestyle products and that this company is aware of the natural way of taking responsibility for your well-being. I haven't checked all the products but I like that I can scroll through products such as mineral and vitamin dense bone broth I'm glad that they have taken natural bone broth and made it into protein powder for exercise and health food Maca.

I do not use Thrive Market to purchase the necessities and basics. So, especially during these times when shipping and delivery can be unpredictable and may vary, this is a great alternative to purchase items I am not in a rush to buy. This is my fourth order with them, and the three times before that were positive experiences. Never had an issue with shipping, delivery, or damaged/defective items.

This is my third order or maybe 4th and have been very pleased with the products and the packaging I have bought several things that come in jars and have always been Leary but they come well wrapped in a paper padded material. So far I have been really pleased so we'll see how it goes... Thank you for having a place to go to find the things I need on my Whole 30 program. I am not impressed with the sold outs all the time BUT right now I understand with all that is going on in this country. I am praying that will change when we get back to normal what ever that is...

I had a great time looking through the Thrive Market website... but anytime I had an issue about anything there was a wonderful staff member to help me out. I received my Thrive Box today... I learned very quickly that some items are a little small for the price, but there are items that I cant find in whole foods, and shopping online has become kind of fun. I did end up ordering an item I didn't like, but Thrive was great! They refunded the money in the form of a credit and told me to take the product to a nearby food bank.
Honestly I am very happy with Thrive Market and will definitely continue shopping with them.

On my third order with Thrive, I ordered a large bottle of Avocado Oil. The box was delivered and was oozing and dripping oil. My husband thought it was water at first so he moved the box a long distance (covid fears) so we could let it sit before opening. Horrible problem as the oil spilled all over a huge area of flagstone. We are trying every product we can find to try and clean off the oil but we fear it is ruined. I really cannot express how much oil is everywhere. The packing was very sloppy with no care to ensuring the bottle would not break. It is a heartbreaking mess. Customer care offered to resend the products or credit me the small amount of money for the order. That hardly helps my ruined stonework. Words cannot describe how sick we are over this. Absolutely, positively, avoid this company at all costs.
