So far so good! No complaints. Easy to order and find what I needed. Waiting on my 1st order to get here.
On a positive note---I am thankful you carry items for our "strange" diets that are difficult to find. Prices are generally reasonable, some of them a bit high. Shipping is generally within a reasonable amount of time. Negatives---I do agree with others that you require an email before browsing, which is extremely annoying and a bad marketing plan. I almost didn't join because of that! You do promise a free item with every order, but decided to stop that because of COVID19, which makes no sense. I would NOT recommend anyone buy anything canned as I have had several items in several orders badly damaged. Thrive did credit our account, but that's not the point. Package items better, handle items with more care, whatever the issue is. Considering not rejoining next year.

We appreciate getting reminders when some of our favorite foods are on sale. The prices are most of the time better than at local stores.
We love their kindness toward people in need, like they give to victims of storm and fire damage and recently persons who suffer from the consequences of the corona virus.

Great products and good prices however...
The welcome back offer of "30% OFF" was very deceiving. 30% OFF was in bold lettering and the $30! Maximum discount print underneath shop now was so tiny it was almost Invisible.
This sort of advertising really takes the "punch" out of your good will effort and was a bit disappointing.

I'm not fond of not being able to check out as a guest. The fact that I had to enter my email address before I could see my order's subtotal is NOT appreciated. Then the "become a member or we'll charge you double shipping on a small order of minimal weight. All together trying to gain customers through tricks and traps instead of earning their trust through good products and good service - bad marketing plan.

I love Thrive. I really like that you can sorry by diet. They carry so many of the products we use every day and they are less expensive than specialty stores we shop. It's also convenient that everything is shipped!

My wife & I have really enjoyed a lot of the Thrive products, which can be hard to find elsewhere, especially for discounted prices. The membership idea and applying that $$ for families in need is also something I am happy to support. I am not at all bothered by the out of stock notices that occur on occasion - some people here are griping about that, but the products usually show up before long and I can appreciate how challenging it is to coordinate and source all of these goods. All in all, a great experience and wish you all the best of luck in growing Thrive!

I used Thrive Market for he first time during the pandemic to stock up on items sold out at my Health Food Store. Although many things were also out of stock temporarily at Thrive, I was able to get many needed items at prices far below that of the local stores in my area. I found the Thrive Market brand is excellent, some of the best organic raisins, organic rolled oats, organic pumpkin seeds and organic sunflower seeds and gluten free organic flours I have ever found. The box arrives perfectly packed and is a joy to open. Worth the wait for the shipment to arrive as delayed due to pandemic. Thank you Thrive Market!

Great prices. Most things I need are at Thrive. Orders arrive quickly and are neatly packed. I feel that Thrive is a great service. Can't complain when order comes to my door. I have bought from Thrive for years and will continue to buy from them.

I have not ordered for a while but to me, Thrive had a broader range of products. I put the name of a number of specific items I wanted and they did not have them. Plus, there were I think, 4 or 5 items out of stock. So when they come in I think I should be able to not have to pay a shipping fee if I don't meet the minimum. Also, I am not happy that the annual to belong is so high. It paid automatically this year, but if my opinion does not improve, I will be sure to cancel my membership BEFORE I am charged next year. On the positive note. I have been very pleased with the THRIVE brand products I have bought. The quality of everything they carry does seem to be very high and I can trust their choices even if I have never heard of them. I don't think they are the cheapest place to shop but service is great also.

I was pleased the right supplement and happy about the price. I hope the shipping will be more promptly than the first order through a shipping ware house in Indiana. Arrive five days later after having placed the order. Still - I am please with Thrive Market and their assortments.

Your prices are excellent and straight across the board much better than Amazon and your products arrive almost as fast! There are a few things I wish you had. More products from Chosen Foods and Choc Zero. Can't always find everything that I am looking for but for the most part, most of what I want is here. I am a fan! Ordering is very simple and checkout a breeze!
