My sister referred me to Thrive Market and I'm so glad she did. Just in purchasing vitamins/supplements alone, the amount of money I save buying from Thrive instead of the grocery store or vitamin stores more than pays for the Thrive membership. Plus, I love the selection of healthy food and clean skincare products they have, especially since I have special dietary needs and struggle to find products I can eat from the traditional grocery stores. And I appreciate the emails letting me know when an item I like is in stock. That's super helpful. I'm very satisfied with my membership, the products, and the shopping experience.
I have been a THRIVE customer for a long time and Ihave been pleased with the quality of their proucts, the selection of food items, health care items, and essential oils. It's my go-to place for gluten free, sugar free and some specialty helath care items. Having moved to Delaware, I really haven't found a store that has many of the items I have been buying from Thrive. Some day, I hope they provide free shipping.

We live at a rural lake and this is perfect for us. We buy dried herbs and spices that we can't get here as well as supplements. It's been a life saver during the pandemic. The closest similar market is in a college town, which we are not interested in visiting. Thank you for your great customer service as well.

I absolutely love Thrive Market and have recommended it to my community. It's so valuable especially during covid that I avoid going into stores as much as possible. I recently change my diet due to medical needs and being able to get lots of compatible and good quality stuff here makes it so much easier. Most of the things I get here are cheaper than in whole foods, and $5 per month equals to one-time wholefood delivery tip. The shipping is fast and reliable. Every time I speak with the customer service they go above and beyond.

I recently did a price comparisons of about 15 items in other online outlets and local stores. Thrive is the best deal overall. Good quality.

In October, I will have been a Thrive Market member for two years. I have enjoyed the site and have benefited from their reasonable prices on the brands that I like. I especially love the Thrive Market brand of dry goods, specifically items like almond flour, arrowroot flour and all the other specialty baking ingredients. A feature that I LOVE is random sales on key items. I always buy at least two jars of Fourth & Heart ghee. The system picks up on this because I'll receive random emails for a special sale where it's even cheaper. The bummer is that sometimes I either don't need it right then and there or I'm in between paydays and don't want to spend $50 to get free shipping. What really sealed the deal for me with Thrive is how they handled the influx of orders at the beginning of quarantine. The way things happened so quickly, I don't think any brick & mortar establishment or website could have predicted or was prepared for the demand. In my opinion, they stumbled a bit in the beginning but once they got their footing, their communication was clear, they admitted their missteps and laid out the plan on how they were going to move forward. The only thing I would like to see improved is an email alert when membership renewal is coming up. Last year I DID NOT receive an email notifying me because one was never sent. I know this because I receive ALL the other emails. If that can be fixed immediately that would be great. My membership renewal is coming up in October. I'll be checking! Also, I have noticed a slight increase on my usual items I ordered.

... the membership fee is very high compared to other online markets. I do understand that there is an element of charity involved, but for me the high membership fee may cause me to cancel when my enrollment is due again. The products are very good, the website is comfortable to use and the orders come well packed and in a timely manner. I've never received anything that was crushed or broken, which is a wonderful record!
The only other complaint I have is the Free Shipping threshold. Shipping to members should always be free, or if that's not possible, free shipping should be available for orders over $35.00 Maximum! Again, this is a game changer for me now that I have developed several other online sources for what we need. I love the idea behind Thrive Mkt. And if those two issues were adjusted, I would happily retain my membership indefinitely! Thank you Thrive for the good you do and for "always getting it right" when I place my orders! Oh also, I really appreciate the periodic "Free Shipping" periods and try to arrange it so I can fill my cart, saving the order til I can take advantage of the special. I also appreciate the sales such as today's 20% offer. I took advantage of that today and ordered a box full of good things! Thanks again Thrive Marketeers!

Thrive helped me get going and stay on Keto by catagorizing items so I could find ketogenic foods easily. Other than one shipping delay just after the Covid problem started I have always had timely and accurate delivery of orders.

Shopping for me from Thrive is convience, price and quality. I typically shop Costco, but it takes time and lots of things i get from Thrive i can't get from Costco.

Any & all issues I've experienced have always been answered & addressed by Thrive's phenomenal Customer Service Team. I always communicate through their website's Chat Window. Latest Issue (very minor) was letting them know that my last order of their Organic Sprouted Popcorn ended up to be stale. Since this is one of few carb snacks I allow myself, I wanted to be sure that I wouldn't be sent the same batch in my new order. Was asked if I could take a photo of packaging. 10-min later (bc I'm not so tech-saavy) w/ Rep patiently waiting, I was rewarded w/ a $10 Thrive Cash bonus (which was 2x the cost of popcorn!) It is because of their Customer Service -- their standing behind the quality of their merchandise -- that has me happy to be a member! (I've never had this degree of joy shopping at Costco -- overwhelming; product sizes too big; TP & paper towel buying isn't all that thrilling.)

The title says it all but yes I love to shop here and am SO excited about it! I like the deals and the prices and I am trying products Iv always wanted to try like the spices. Many of these products I just can't find in my grocery store and I like the idea of shopping from my own chair, not having to leave the house, and getting it delivered to my door. It's a win win situation for me!

I live in a small town where finding a wide assortment of organic and certified non GMO products are scarce. Not only does Thrive Market offer an abundance of choices but the prices are a good value. They arrive in a timely manner as well. When one of the organic and health food stores are over an hour away, Thrive Market offers a great alternative.

I live in a rural area with no co-op or health foods store. Nice to find some organic foods for pantry staples. I'm not sure how the prices compare because I can't buy these foods without driving an hour to the city (which I don't do). My local grocery store has some organic foods but the selection is low. I wish Thrive had some items they do not (like ginger snap cookies, organic lemon juice and lime juice for cooking).
