We are living in a remote place, far from any kind of health food store. We have absolutely loved being able to shop for healthy, mindful products and have them delivered to where we are.
Always good products, quick delivery, easy shopping for someone who doesn't get out to shop. My baby sister back East touted me onto Thrive last year and I'm still on it!

I have been using Thrive Market for quite some time now. They are great! The service is top notch. Especially during the covid early days when ordering increased, they were on top of it. It took a few days longer, but came through as usual., Occasionally included would be a trial offer of something based on what I had ordered. Most often I would then reorder from the fun suggestion. And the food is wonderful! Fresh and delicious. I love Thrive Market and have sent friends care packages. Keep up the excellent work!

Being GF, I find one of the widest variety of products. The descriptions are clear and complete, making shopping much easier. Speaking of that, the website is very easy to use while shopping and at check out!

While Thrive Market has a wide variety of products at a reasonable price, it is quite frustrating that only certain products are available based on your home address. Thrive Market would be simply amazing if this were to be rectified as some who live in food deserts already don't have access to many options (myself included).

Good customer service help. Prompt shipping. Good food. Delivery carrier needs to deliver to our apt. Stairs. They leave it outside the mailbox. We are working on contacting them. Some issues with changing payment methods, but customer service chat at 8p pst was perfect and patient. Good selection and good prices.

Basically, like an online Whole Foods. You can get some decent pantry staples for your special Whole30/Keto/Paleo diet but that's about it. In my opinion, not worth the membership cost and I'm not sure they really save you money. You'd have to order a LOT of food per month (at MIN over $100) to see a return on investment.
Of course, it's convenient and can help cut down on trips to the grocery store. But, fundamentally, you'd still need to go to the store to get fresh produce so.
Additionally, when you cancel you have to talk to customer service. They do offer you free two months to stay, which was nice. However, I explicity asked to be sure that I was notified BEFORE the paid renewal period to assess whether or not I would continue the service. Of course, they didn't notify me and I was charged a monthly membership without notice. I don't appreciate brands who try to sneak one by their customers like that, so I asked for a refund (twice) and cancellation.
Overall, not great. Wouldn't recommend unless you're just wanting a delivery service to deliver some pantry items.

Thrive is easy to shop for items that the local stores don't have. Our office loves all of the bars & snacks that I put in the break room. Hopefully, we can keep it up.

I love not having to go to multiple places looking for vegan-friendly snacks! When one product arrived damaged their customer service team fixed the issue while I was on the phone with them. Couldn't ask for more! Would recommend to everyone!

You save, you help others, and you get great quality products. I've never had an issue with an order or a shipment so I can't speak to customer service but, having been a partner with Thrive since the beginning I can say they do listen to their customers. During COVID I've had to spend weeks away from home and Thrive has been great helping to get my products where I need them and when. I know I can trust the products they offer. We've been very happy with Thrive.

I have been using Thrive Market since 2016, when I had a health challenge that made shopping difficult. I loved the service so much, that even when I recovered, I still used it. Now, during the Pandemic, it has been a lifeline. I love that the products are sustainably sourced and there is the opportunity to contribute so that another family can get what they need. I order perhaps only once a year as I either forget I have the service or really don't see anything I want to buy here. The annual cost of access is quite a bit more than the "savings" I'm supposedly getting. Definitely not worth it for me. Now just trying to figure out how to cancel... they've made it hard to find.
