The shipping has been faster than ever! The sale going on right now is super nice too. They have mostly excellent products with a saving big enough to really help. Only about $5 a month & I sometimes order 3x amonth. They have been good all along but now even better. This makes me very happy to know I can count on them to stay healthy.
Thrive Market is the way to go! I've placed many orders during my 4+ membership and I've never had an issue with any of them. Orders are shipped and received pretty quickly, and I love the packaging they use. It's great to have such a big selection of items, brands (including the Thrive Mkt brand) from which to choose. Recently, I contacted customer service about a problem I had... My bank account needed some more time to refresh, before I could place my order and I didn't want to miss out on an amazing promotion.
Customer service was expedient, polite, and generous towards me. I was gifted a one-time courtesy code, so that I could still get the deal when I placed my order, today.
Additionally, Thrive Market has ALWAYS had the BEST products around. I've been using their services for a few years now, and am consistently impressed with their quality.

I absolutely love Thrive Market. They have a great variety of healthy food options delivered straight to your door, they have great customer service that's available 24/7 and if there's ever an issue with your order they never hesitate to re-ship, re-fund or provide thrive cash. There are a lot of deals are rewards that are available weekly, and sometimes they have HUGE sales on 400+ products. This company has been a huge help to me since I don't have any health food stores near me. Also, its so awesome that we get free shipping on orders over 50$, since im shopping for my household, we just order twice a month and our orders are always over 50$ so thats never an issue.

I love using thrive! I have been a customer for several years. I first signed up because my daughter was away at college and I didn't have a way to send her healthy food that she could eat. Eating paleo is expensive and I love knowing I can get on Thrive and order the stuff I need at a big savings.

I set up an autoship but the item is constantly on backorder. As a result I am not getting any benefits from my membership.

Thrive has all of the options in every preference imaginable! The prices are better than the stores and I can purchase with ease knowing each product has a Thrive Values scale so I can order items eco-conscientiously.

I always find new things to try along with my usual products that I order. Their pricing is great, I like that they give back and share with others less fortunate. The only thing that I have been missing that I really enjoyed is the wine.

I signed up for Thrive because of the diet specific options and the supposed savings. I placed one order and wasn't happy with the products or the prices (found tons of the items I bought on Thrive at Grocery Outlet...). After my first order i reached out to customer service to cancel my subscription and was pressured into keeping my subscription but for a discount of $20. Still didn't use the membership so I reached out again to get the rest of my membership refunded and was told since I was past my 30 days I would not receive the rest of my refund. I only signed up because after reading the terms of service I was under the impression that if I didn't use the membership or save the amount of money that they guaranteed that I would get my membership refunded. Customer service was completely unhelpful and just stated that they were sorry that the terms of service weren't more clear... All in all i don't recommend this at all. You will not save money and you will not get your money back unless you can sift through the relentless salesmen that are your only option for canceling your membership.

With a houseful of kids with different eating needs/preferences, Thrive helps me keep the pantry stocked with gluten free, dairy free, all kinds of staples from pasta to snacks. It has saved me trips and $ at the store, and their service is excellent. I wish they could re-stock faster after they run out of key items, but other than that - a real time and money-saver!

I really like Thrive Markets' broad assortment of organic and nutritious foods and seasonings...! These items are always well packaged with care, and usually arrive in a reasonable amount of time. They fill a need in the health food industry for not only traditional organically prepared foods, but also for the more uncommon and exotic items that are more difficult to find. I like that, and will come back for more...! Thank you very much.!

I like Thrive Market, but usually find them to be out of one or two items I need. You have to order a lot to make the membership fee pay for itself, and you have to order $49.00 to get free shipping. I understand shipping costs money but it should probably be covered by the membership fee. I guess the minimum order keeps piecemeal orders to a minimum which is understandable.
Customer Service is excellent, they have always done a good job for me.

I love all of the thrive brand products and easy access to substitutes if needed; i use Thrive Market for my home staples, when im not in a rush and just need to restock; i love that my membership and savings can be used to help others in need

I have been ordering from Thrive Market for two years now and I have never been disappointed in their service. Prices are great, too. I don't even have to leave my desk chair to go shopping, and that is a great time saver, especially for someone who is self-employed.
