I've been cooking since I've been a child. Food is my love language, and I sincerely enjoy everything associated with it. As I've aged, I've developed several GI issues and now have extreme dietary restrictions. Cooking, eating, entertaining and shopping have become difficult. Grocery shopping alone can involve trips to six local grocery stores just to get the basics. It's exhausting rather than fun, and specialty food is expensive. I found an ad for Thrive (possibly on Facebook) and thought I'd give it a try. I'm so, so glad I did. Many of the pantry items I need are available, cheaper than at the stores, and I can usually eliminate several stops on grocery shopping day all by spending a few minutes on the Thrive website. Delivery is quick and their packing is careful. I love this company and plan to stay a loyal customer for a long time.
I'm enjoying the excellent ORGANIC products that are available at Thrive. I enjoy discovering new items each time I shop on Thrive.

We're so grateful for this company! Great food and household supplies at good prices. This is one of our three staple stores. Thrive, Costco, and Sprouts. With those three stores I can get almost everything we ever need at good prices, and it's reassuring to know that what we're buying is giving back to the Earth and our communities. I have had issues with a couple of items over the 2-3 years we've been shopping here, and customer service went above and beyond to correct them quickly. Such as a broken bottle that they refunded us a higher amount than we paid. That is rare in this day and age. So glad this company exists!

A lot of my shopping is done with Thrive and I love the care they have for the products they offer. I've been with them for years now and I have never been disappointed even through this covid time. They have stand up customer service and I love the free product offers. I'm introduce to products I would never have purchased on my own and many of them since have become a staple for me. Please remember what a crazy time this is for all of us in all areas of life before you post negatively because you are not getting exactly what you want at exactly the time you want it. There is no better time than the present for learning to respect patience and each other, all the while enjoying quality food.

The $60 annual membership is worth the price. I was able to save that and more on my first purchase. If you are on a special diet, looking for clean, eco-friendly beauty and cleaning brands, or simply love high quality food, beverages and snacks, this is the place for you. The customer service is amazing, I received my order very quickly and a day before its stated arrival, and my cold items were placed in special packaging. My glass bottled were also insulated in bubble wrap. The box itself is also marked with a note to please recycle it. It's been a fantastic experience thus far, and I recommend Thrive Market to any and everyone for both its value and quality products that you may not find anywhere else.

I have heard of Thrive before but never really investigated it. Due to recent Covid precautions, I decided to try it out and was sooo happy that I did. I love the vegan options they offer and the price is cheaper than most local stores. In addition, the free gifts they send out make getting the package that more exciting. I have placed an order weekly and have had the opportunity to try new items that I have never seen before in my local stores. Grateful that I finally gave it a try!

I had a problem logging in & they fixed it immediately. I like the remind me option when something isn't available. Luckily it's not often & it comes in quick usually. Packaging is nice. I always reuse box & packing. I enjoy the blogs too

I enjoy Thrive. I like the variety of products and that it is easy to buy organic.
I do not like the annual fee and that it is so expensive and that it is added when due without getting a notice upfront.

I get all of my specialty items at a lower price than my local stores, especially when I take advantage of the discounts and special deals. Sometimes things are out of stock, but considering similar situations in the grocery stores I'd say they are doing a good job of keeping up. Customer service is great. If there's a problem it is taken care of quickly.

Access to health foods, for cheaper than in store. They have so much stuff, and super quick shipping. They even have a program where you can apply to get a free subscription, if you are in need. Love them so much. A+ guys, keep up the amazing work.

I highly recommend reaching out to their customer service if you have an issue. I used the Chat feature and was very pleased! I started a chat and the first Rep was handling my situation just fine and then my internet went down. I started a chat with a second Rep and not only did he pick up where the first Rep left off, he finished with flying colors. Both of them exceeded my expectations! I love to get my staples (plus lots of extra goodies) on Thrive cause the cost is definitely better. Plus, I've discovered lots of awesome new products on here. Now more than ever we are aware of the importance of good health. Healthier products can be expensive but do not have to be. I order regularly from Thrive Market and have for years. We enjoy a low/no grain diet, with minimal dairy. Thrive has many more options than the local markets and the reviews are generally very thorough. Though the pricing can be high, I try to order items on sale.

The shipping has been faster than ever! The sale going on right now is super nice too. They have mostly excellent products with a saving big enough to really help. Only about $5 a month & I sometimes order 3x amonth. They have been good all along but now even better. This makes me very happy to know I can count on them to stay healthy.
