Love it! I have been looking for a way to support businesses I share the same values with and this is a way to find these companies.
I've been a member of Thrive Market for a few years. They have come a long was as far as quickness in shipping. I also thought they did a great job during the start of Covid Quarantine. They offer a variety of great products that are acceptable by my food standards and 80% of the time the products are cheaper than what I could get for the same brand locally. I'm not sure if I just luck out or what the case is, but I almost always receive free shipping and some sort of discount or free product which makes the savings totally worth it.
Any contact I've had with them has been speedy and kind. Sometimes their availability of products isn't great but, you have to remember that they are trying to bring you top quality products at a lower price, which can't always be easy in our greedy, every-person-for-themself, society where money speaks louder than health.
Originally I had planned to discontinue my membership but find the online ordering or products at the price too good to pass up.

Thrive has been a lifesaver! My daughter has celiac's disease and recently left for college. It is so easy to ship her gluten-free food! And with the pandemic, Thrive is a no brainer for a safer shopping option!

I've been with Thrive for a few years and would not do business with any other online grocer so to say. My order has always been delivered way before the arrival date, everything is well wrapped, never had any breakage. Thrive Brand is just as good if not better than name brand. I recommend Thrive over all the others, hands down.

Thrive is great for the community and has decreased the paper by not including the inventory. Though the packing paper is great, the THRIVE products are all in nonrecyclable plastic one use only packaging. Please suspend your use of plastics.
Additionally the Kosher certification for the beef and porcine broth is bogus. Porcine is pork and that is not kosher ever, no matter waht form it takes and the beef broth is certified by the same organization. Once an organization certifies one item then their reputation and methodology is expected to be the same for all the items which they certify. Thank you for your consideration.
Thanks for your feedback! Breakable items are always packaged in reusable plastic zip bags to prevent damage to other products in transit. Our Member Services team would love to look into your Kosher certification inquiry if you can let us know which product(s) you are referring to.
The thing that is discouraging to me is that different products are all on different pages. Why is that? If I look in the gluten free section, I cannot find things that are the same ie: crackers. Perhaps I am using it incorrectly. I do love your selections and prices in general..
Thanks for your feedback, Sandy! If you are shopping under a category like Gluten-Free, you will see an assortment of Gluten-Free items not grouped by category. If you'd like to group them by category, you can hit the "Filter" button and choose from the "Category" list there!
The prices are not great. They have a ton of out of stocks. I have received items damaged. It is impossible to try something like a chocolate bar because they have a minimum, usually 3 that you have to order. So rather than spending $3.49 on something you want to try you have to fork out $10.00 on multiples of something you may not like.

I've been a member of Thrive Market for a long time I love the products and customer service is excellent, But the minimum amount needed to receive free shipping it's too high. Especially after paying a yearly membership fee. Also they continue use an excessive amount of packing material and over sized boxes for delivery.

I liked the products themselves. Part of the reason I gave Thrive a try is because of the societal/environmental aspect. Everything I ordered was wrapped in plastic bags, most of them which did not require any. If anything, most could have been put in ONE plastic bag if water damage was a concern, but really it could have been sent in a box with no extra plastic packaging. The packaging would be the reason I would discontinue because I find it hard to believe that the carbon foot print is less given how much plastic is used. Otherwise, I really do love the service and products and ability to search in a customizable way.

I absolutely love Thrive Market. Such an easy and convenient way to get all the products I want with the added benefit of a discount. It actively makes you want to lead a healthier lifestyle which is great. As well, the way their site is laid out allows you to find and stumble upon new brands/snacks/everything!

I began ordering from Thrive Market when I began a Ketogenic diet. I continue to order for the same reason. Some of the items I am not able to find where I live and need to order them online. My experience with selection, ordering, delivering, and quality of the products has been satisfactory and quite frankly the delivery exceeded my expectations. The signature on the inside of the box makes me smile. It makes me feel like it is personalized order that someone prepared just for me. It is the little things that mean so much and add up to make for a pleasant experience.
