It started with a simple error where the coupon code didnt properly apply. I contacted support only to be informed their policies are in place to prevent any alterations to orders. (Changes cant be made and nothing is able to be cancelled, returns are for store credit only) so I was stuck paying full price and an unsurd amount for shipping ($17) and once it arrived (in a timely fashion, the only positive from this whole experience) there was a COD charge for another $40!
The original amounts all being in US dollars also had exchange rates added on.
Overall an extremely expensive experience for lackluster customer service.
I will never be ordering from Three Bird Nest again. Buyer beware!
I bought an overpriced pair of shoes who was shipped in the wrong number. (overpriced be I saw the same shoes in downtown los angeles for less than 1/2 price I paid on the site). I returned the shoes and did not get the refund back. They sent me a gift certificate instead which I refuse to use because they also have a terrible customer service. DONT BUY FROM THIS RIPOFF low quality online store.
Do not be fooled by the cute boho pictures of clothing on their website. The items you will purchase will come vacuum packed in a very cheap plastic with Chinese writing all over the bags. The items will also appear nothing close to what was advertised online. Some of the clothing I received didn't even have tags on it and appeared to have already been worn. Once you make the decision to return ALL the items you've ordered, you'll be shocked to find out that you only receive a store credit, you must pay shipping and a restocking fee. You will end up with under half of the amount you spent on the clothes. It has been over a month since I returned my items and I haven't been credited back. The customer service emails are a joke. This website is a complete rip off. Save your money for a company that understands customer service and quality in its products.
Clothing is cheap, Chinese knockoffs. Customer service is not good. Only offered me store credit as refund. Kimono I purchased fell apart when I tried it on. Terrible experience.
I ordered two shawls and both of them swamped me. I started a return and discovered they only offer store credit. Really? An online company?! Meanwhile, not only do you pay for return shipping, they also charge a return fee. So by the time i pay all those fees, plus pay for shipping for. Other item, i'll be close to negative digits. They should be ashamed
Ordered 3 items and only liked 1 so returned the other 2 full priced items for store credit only. Took over 3 weeks to receive my credit only to order a pair of pants that I'd need stilts to wear! I'm 5' 5"!
Do not order from this company! They are scam. The quality of their clothes are horrible and their customer service is awful. They will not give me a refund on pants that were extremely too small and cheaply made.
Stay away from this company. I rarely leave negative reviews but felt compelled to after receiving my items. I ordered two scarves, both shed like CRAZY. Worse than having a pet. Pieces of fluff stuck all over your clothes. I thought it would improve after washing but it seems to have gotten worse. Extremely disappointing given their prices.
The clothing you receive is not as pictured. The sizing is off. The return policy is a joke- 14 days and store credit only.
Customer service does not respond to you, unless you ask a question prior to placing an order. If you have a complaint on a order, they don't respond.
I bought 10 items was disappointed with 7 of them, only the knit hats were okay. Used their sizing suggestings and the bralettes didn't fit. The "kimono" was nothing more than tie-dyed gauze - with it only having a back panel and sleeves is was more like a cape than a kimono. The romper was a cheap, see-through material that wasn't even the same style as what was online. Clearly, this is another example of a "boutique" buying product from an overseas sweat-shop and then inflating the price to fit the "boutique" image.
Stay away from this shop and go support an ACTUAL local business!
I bought two bralettes from this website. They were super small, thin, and came in less-than-great packaging. It came with original tags from a different company that I looked up on Amazon. I could have gotten about 3x as many bras from Amazon and saved a LOT of time and money. Don't bother! Website looks cute, but it's a rip off. I'm all about supporting small businesses, but this is nothing more than upcharging.
I made a order with threebirdnest on November 28th so Black Friday and they told me my order would be out within 1-2 weeks which is totally fine I understood a lot of people were ordering. They processed my money right away. It's been a month now and I still didn't receive my shirt so I got in contact with them asking when it would be mailed. They sent this "Good Morning,
We are not able to get the kimono back in stock, the vendor just didn't do another run. Would you like something else, a credit or a refund"
They said no apology and I would have never knew I wasn't going to receive my top if I didn't reach out to them. I expected a lot more from this company. I still haven't got my refund either.
