I ordered a slew of items during a 40% off sale after an initial purchase that I was satisfied with. To be perfectly honest, the first order didn't quite look like the photos, but I was okay with the fit and the style so I let that go. At the prices they are commanding I don't expect it to be the best quality-wise, but I don't expect it to be as low grade as it is. That being said, I spent quite a bit on a bracelet and necklace that they are selling for close to $80 a piece thinking what I was getting was hammered leather. They have photographs of the items (specifically the bracelet) being made in-house, as it was captioned, out of leather. Even during the Etsy backlash the founder and CEO claimed the items were, in fact, greatly manufactured in-house, specifically the accessories. Well... let me tell you that the items came in with a horrible stench that smells extremely toxic. Neither items are leather and there is a great big stamp on the back of the necklace that says CHINA. I can understand the clothing considering they are priced cheaply and can be found on Amazon or eBay from Chinese counterparts but the "leather" jewelry is plain false advertising and extremely misleading. I can only hope that these pieces of junk at least lose the chemical smell (it gives me a headache so it's bad -and I do NOT have a sensitive nose). I wouldn't pay more than $20 for these items. Plus, these days I really try to limit the amount of made in China items. Had I known I never would've purchased.

I ordered a jumpsuit and it came in the wrong color. When I first contacted them they said they would refund it because the item was sold out. Two weeks later when I asked how long before I receive my refund I was told that I had in fact receive the correct one and they would not refund me but if I wanted to pay for shipping and mail it back I could have a 50% credit. I can tell the difference between Charcoal and navy blue. I am very unhappy.

So disappointed with this company! The items I received come in cheap plastic bags, are such poor quality, and made in china. The items are paper thin and don't worth a fraction of what I paid. Their hats are just tossed in the box, nothing to protect them, no label, smashed and dirty. Now after seeing I can only get store credit and have to pay for return shipping as well and a restock fee, I'll just donate this stuff because they don't deserve anymore of my money.

Purchased a kimono that fell apart at the seams, literally, the first time I put it on. Would not refund my money, only offered store credit and only for half of what I spent. Then they somehow blocked all my comments from showing up on their Facebook as well as their Instagram, without me being aware. It would show that I had left the comment, and it could be seen when logged in to my account, but not if you looked from anyone else's.

Ordered from three birds nest not knowing about their bad reviews. Placed my order on January 5th, messaged company on the 10th asking what their shipping turn around was, was told they sold me a pair of jeans not in their possession yet and that they planned on receiving the jeans on the 12th. It's the 18th still no shipping confirmation and they will not respond to my emails about canceling my order now that it's been 13 day's since my order. Did managed to take my money on the 5th though.

I have ordered from 3BN before and loved the products I received. I placed an order for a bralette and kimono, then 2 days later received an email that the exact combo I ordered was their "combo outift" of the week where its a great deal for two pieces they put together. I emailed customer service asking if they would let me have the deal price since I just placed my order. They actually sent me a gift card via email with the difference in price. I thought that was super cool and great customer service.
