Order arrived pretty quick. But I am not overly impressed with the products. One is too big one is the wrong color and the other is not what I was expecting

When I had an issue with the shipment of my clothing order, Three Bird Nest was quick to respond. They made the whole reorder and replacement process so easy, and when one of my items was sold out after lost in shipping, they were kind enough to make some suggestions and help me find great alternatives. The staff was so sweet and kind, and to top it off, all the clothes I've ever bought from them have looked great. Would recommend to anyone

I really wish that I saw these reviews before spending almost 200 dollars on cheap junk. I thought I was supporting a small business, a fellow mom, and went for it... boy do I wish I never bought any of these clothes.

I had purchased shoes that were not what I thought and fortunately returnable. The shoes were the only item that I could return.

I bought 2 bralettes based on their 2 contradicting sizing guides, one was far too big and an awkwardly different color. The other was way too small and squeezed my breasts out of the top. The size guides and images are deceitful.

I bought some flare pants that were see-through and cheap, I cannot wear them in public.

The 3 t-shirts that I bought with their brand on them were okay at first but after wearing them a few times they are rags.

One of the dresses was so itchy and ugly that my husband and I laughed about it for hours.

What a joke! Don't advertise your company as if you care and want to sell cute clothes. You bulk order from China and up the price to make a profit. I would gladly spend money on quality clothing... this is not quality. This is exactly why peor lose faith in small businesses who sell garbage.

I've placed three separate orders over the past few months with Three Bird Nest and have been very happy. I received the right products, they looked like the photos, the measurements listed online seem to be very correct - everything has fit as I thought it would, which is great because it always worries me when I order clothes I can't try on. And I'm at the top of their sizes, a large or xl and a 14 or l/xl in other brands. The clothes are not super high quality, but I watch for good sales and then a top or skirt or wrap for $20-$30 is a totally reasonable if not even a bargain for their clothes.

Now I understand why their site does not have a place for you to leave reviews. Although I've ordered a couple items before, and been at least OK with the products, this experience has been a nightmare. I placed an order the day before Thanksgiving from this company. They supposedly shipped the purchase out on November 27 and as of today December 16 I still do not have what I've purchased. They point to the obvious Covid delays in shipping etc. I've told them I've ordered 47 other items from multiple online sites and have received everything in the mail on time and with correct tracking. I've asked for dates that they would refund my money or resend the items. They do not respond to that question in my emails. I'm very disappointed and upset with this company. I would encourage everybody to not purchase through them as they do not have quality customer service. In my opinion they take your money and then say oh you'll have to wait and see if you ever receive your purchases. BUYER BEWARE. There are better products at other dealers. I'm attaching my email and their cute peace and love response to me without my purchase after 22 days of waiting...
