I was ok paying the exchange rate on the clothing…you know that going into the purchase. But I later got a bill from UPS saying I owed a few hundred dollars in duty and import fees. NOT worth it

The first time I ordered, I received all my items a couple of days later. But the second time (on 1/20/23), although it said it would take 8 business days max, I never received anything. I wrote to customer service and they said it was delayed because they moved (?) and never gave me a tracking number.
Great experience overall! Excellent deals, just wish they would have let me switch out the color that my fault I ordered wrong.
