I ordered three t shirts to from them and after just one wash they weee so pulled I could t wear them. Ridiculous for over $30 for a t shirt.

Love all the clothes I've ordered, and the sales make from some pretty decent prices for great quality of materials. My only qualm is shipping time. My 1st order I received within a week which was great, but my second time ordering it was almost a month before receiving my items.

I made the mistake of purchasing a couple items that weren't returnable. Others I kept because it's just easier. But the products are not worthy of the prices and they do not post negative reviews of products.

Lots of compliments! Great fit, great quality. Definitely ordering more from them.

New to Three Bird Nest and heard about them from Tik Tok. Three items purchased so far and love, love, love them. Sizing was perfect, all fabric and colors as described and everything so warm and comfy. They even have an email notification system for when items are back in stock.

I will order again and again and can't wait to see their summer line.

I have purchased a lot and love the quality, however with duty, Canadian exchange it's a lot of money to not be able to wear or return items that do not fit, so unfortunately am not able to continue to support this business.

Super easy to get chat help with sizing! Gave my measurements and got exact info. Garment fit perfect!

I have to say I am a bit disappointed with this company. Things take a long time to ship. This is something I could certainly overlook, however I have found their clothes, for the most part, to be very poor quality. Too bad because the style tends to be just what I like! I just wish things were made a bit better, even if this increases the cost.

The shipping for my order was delayed for understandable reasons. I entered the chat on the website and was working with a customer service rep. I told her I was wanting an estimate on when my order would ship as I was going on vacation and was hoping to have the item by then. She explained the ship dates were a couple of weeks out (past my departure for my vacation) and offered to refund the order. I wanted to keep the order and thanked her for her assistance. The same day, I received an email saying my order had shipped! I am guessing the person who helped me in the chat may have had something to do with this - I was very impressed. Whether the order would have shipped or not, the service and response was wonderful. All my orders in the past have shipped on time and the service has been great!

While their online customer support responds timely, there is no resolution offered to me regarding the three issues that I have experienced with the company/products. That is 3 out of 4 purchases.
The shirt is so off of the mark with the size, a medium that looks like it should be a XL - no exchange they said.
The cute "cozy jumpsuit" - I ordered 2. Love the style but the pilling after 1 wash is unacceptable. They told me to hand wash, air dry which is fine IF the garment said that anywhere or had an inserted card in the shipment. They told me it is stated this on the website.
I asked for the 2 to be replaced since they are brand new and look like they are years old with 1 gentle wash/gentle dry. They said no.
BUYER BEWARE. I wont be back.
I really liked the products but I won't be back.
Three issues and sorry we can't do anything is ridiculous and very poor policy.

I am loving most things that I have received from this company, but I DO feel that their stuff is overpriced. I am looking at similar sites that are cheaper!

I ordered comfy pants and I wear a size 6 or small. But according to the website chart a medium is a 6. The waist was okay but the rest was huge and way too long. The model showed the pants 5 inches above her ankles….mine were 2 inches dragging on the floor. I am 5'3" and weigh 128.

I was very pleased with how fast my order was delivered and the quality of the clothes purchased. Will be a repeat customer in the future!
