I've placed a few orders now with this company and I've loved every single item. I keep checking in for restocks on quite a few things they have sold out of! Lol.

Too hard to reach customer service and poor follow through. Twice my chat timed out when I was waiting for someone to respond to my questions. And not easy to find a phone number.

I returned the top to three bird nest because it was huge. Did they charged me $9.85 for a processing fee. Seriously? I have ordered from many, many companies in my 73 years of life and have never once been charged with a processing fee. Is that how you make your money these days three bird nest. Shame on you. That is not right in any way shape or form and I will never ever order a thing from your company again. Look deeper.

I have ordered 4 different times.
And I will keep ordering

I've been aggressively getting ads for the site and eventually placed an order. I waited til a big discount promo but when shipping and exchange added up it was not such a great deal. Most items were good but I had sized up a bit and had a couple items that just aren't working for me. I looked into exchange but sadly it's at a high shipping expense to return anything and I'd pay shipping and exchange again to reorder in the correct size. I understand that international shipping isn't the company's fault but they do run agressive social media ad campaigns to Canadian buyers, so you'd think they'd show some consideration for making sure we're satisfied with the purchase. I don't think I'll be ordering or recommending them to anyone on this side of the border unfortunately.

After a month of not receiving it I contacted customer service to find out what was going on. The agent seemed indifferent. I guess you pretty much have to pay for shipping insurance if you actually want to get your package. It seems like they use really cheap shipping services which is funny because the clothes definitely aren't cheap. I was really excited to try this brand but that didn't happen. Oh well! Never going to know.

I love the styles but when it comes to quality there is room for an improvement. The shirts I have purchased pull after the first wash (and hung to dry). I expected a better quality product.
