Easy fast straightforward and a discount is always appreciated, material is soft and easy to clean and so comfy to wear! Can't wait to try more of their products.

Awesome and quick, the quality is good and fit like I expected.

It took several hours before customer service responded to my phone call with regards to my return. The item I received had a hole in the pocket. I am still waiting a return of my money.

I loved just about everything I got. However one item did not fit and when I went to try and return it said it was not eligible for return. This is very disappointing as it cost 40 dollars that I am just losing. This is unfortunately enough to cause to no longer shop here as I have a hard time finding things that fit me right and it's a gamble I won't take again if I can't be guaranteed to get my money back when an item does not fit.

Of the items as I ordered the wrong size. The pants romper was too short also for my long legs. I am impressed with the quality.

I ended up ordering sizes that were too big for me. I am 5'3" and the pants were too long. My daughter is 5'9" and she loved them so she ended up with them.

The pants I ordered ran VERY small; at least couple sizes smaller then I expected based on my normal size. I did return them and the people were very helpful. I would love to shop there again but feel I'm probably too big for the clothes they sell... the pants were super cute and good quality.

The delivery time was extremely ridiculous. My items were either too big or too small. I just threw away some items, it wasn't even worth sending them back.

I ordered 3 items, a ruana, a burnout velvet kimono, and a tunic sweater. All items are very good quality and I'm happy with the price I paid. The ruana and kimono are very beautiful and comfortable and the colors are true to how they appeared on my monitor, but both seem much shorter on me than they appeared on the website's models. I'm only 5'5", and I am plus sized, so I was expecting a little difference, but not this much difference. The sweater fit as expected and is lovely. I would purchase any of these items again, I just wish there were more models with different heights and body types on the site and that the model info was available in the listing. I do greatly appreciate the detailed measurements listed in each item's details, without that info I wouldn't have dared to make a purchase at all. It would be great to have more items available for plus sizes, though I appreciate that there are several, it would be nice to be able to find them easily through filters or sections (at the time of purchase, there is a plus section, but there's only 2 items there and neither is what I ordered). My only other reason for taking points off was the shipping turnaround time, which seemed excessive, and the tracking information was slow to update and didn't offer any details. Overall I think this site could be great and is moving in the right direction, and I'm sure I'll be back to shop again.

I liked the items I purchased so I ordered a second time. If you like Boho I would recommend them.
