Loved my items. Shipping was a bit longer this time.

The return process for Canada is not ideal. With having to pay duty on clothing items as well as shipping, when you make a return and have to pay for shipping as well the clothing item becomes all that more expensive. All of which you do not get back when returned. Cost me $45 just to try in clothes.
It also took over a month to receive.

Easy order and good communication on shipping. Love these pants super cute and very comfortable!

Was surprised to find prices in US funds. Not well disclosed on site. Also had to pay import taxes on items.
Sizing bigger than described. All items ordered were too big. Except a bralette that's was sent in the wrong size. Other than that items are good quality.

I loved the pictures of items I ordered; however, quality was not acceptable. Also, sizing was very misleading. I ended up having to donate the items. There was no enclosed paperwork in the event one had to chose alternate sizes or pieces.

I was so excited to get my items and shipping was pretty fast. When I got the shirt it had a snag and when I wore it once it got a ton. I was t able to return it due to your return policy so that was a bummer since it's coming apart.

I wanted to exchange my overalls for a small instead of a medium but wasn't able to do an exchange. That's tough when you don't know sizes.

Happy with some not others but sometimes that's how it goes. :)

I am always a bit leary of ordering online from a business I am unfamiliar with, but it was great experience. The shipment came quickly (to Canada!) and I am so happy with the quality of the products.
