I enjoy being able to buy the brands I love discounted and thredup always has a good selection to choose from.

I guess I should have read a little more or paid more attention the to instructions. I was under the impression you took all types of clothing. When I received the bag and looked closer it was clear that you only take women's and children's clothing. Well, as I am a man and only wear mens clothing this option was out. I love the thought of it though. Great concept just wished I knew it was for women and children only.

Website is easy to find exactly what you ar looking for. Descriptions of clothing is good.

Nice shipping. Good help when needed. Merchandise is not as nice as another site that went out of business but much better than a different one tried recently.

The length of time is ridiculous, to hold your payout for an extra 2 weeks is ridiculous. They also need to take a group picture of what is being donated from your pile.

While your website indicates which clothes labels are not accepted it's misleading.
I sent a full bag of clothes most of which were not accepted. Is seems you take no name brand clothes rather than high quality brands.

I would rather have donated my clothes to those in need rather than give them to thread up. Will not use ore commend website.

I love this site and always have a great experience with customer service.

I have found some amazing clothes on ThredUp. However the first time I decided to return something, that particular item was not returnable. I realize I didn't read that before purchasing, but then I didn't know some things were not eligible to return. This item was over $80, so I am very disappointed

I'm not satisfied or dissatisfied. Just ehhh. Shirt listed as size 12 (I expected women's size). It arrived and was 11/12 (junior size). Too tight. And now I'm stuck with it.

The bag arrives and ships very quickly, but since the warehouse is so backed up it takes quite a bit of time to find out if any of your clothing is sellable. However, it definitely helps clean up your closet!

I was little skeptical at the beginning about the quality of used products in ThredUp.
The overall experience starting from collections available on the website, shipping time and the beautiful packaging makes it a great website.

Item had a ruffle that was not evident in the photo. Item had foreign material and cat hair on it. Also smaller than advertised size. Seemed like an outlet item not actual designer quality. "Free return" deducted $15 off my total amount paid and it took them a week to process the return after they received it. I'm not impressed at all.

Hard to find size 3 pink button down shirt, but i found it on thredup. And it got here in time!

Easy to use with the self addressed
Bags. The estimate times to sort my bags were accurate. It felt good to let my items have a "second" life.

I was in the States visiting and had a short time to have my items delivered from Thred Up. Although I didn't get priority delivery, (my oversight) my shipment came ahead of schedule. The jackets and scarf I ordered were in beautiful condition. This was my first time ordering consignment items online but it won't be my last. I plan to shop again with Thred Up when I return to the States.
