I have been thrilled with the quality of every purchase I make on this site. I would appreciate more detail in the selling description, however, not just size but waist size, etc.
What I ordered came on time. Only one item was not what I expected. The shoulder strap on a handbag was short. But all items were in the condition I expected them to be in, which was good. I would definitely order from here again!

Very very very slow to process your submitted goods. There is no accountability for what they take and what they donate allowing the customer to be completely robbed of their goods. They should require the customer to submit an inventory that they account for with their customer payout- it is a very bad model as it is now and customers have no protection when they send in valuable goods. I do not recommend. I submitted some high value designer goods for resale and have no idea what I was paid for them if at all. They give very little and you are better going to a local consignment store or reseller so you can know what you will get and then decide what you want to do My review is based on three large bag submittals. Two are unaccounted for still when they were sent in in early September (4 weeks ago)
Love everything, except the equivalent size that comes up and shows other clothes you might like in equivalent sizes. I ordered a 1X by mistake because I thought was looking at 2X sizes. There is a big difference in those 2 sizes when ordering.
Everything has been of the highest quality. Much I received will be gifts that I am proud to give.

I love the ease of sending in my clothes and having thredup take care of it. However it took over a week to get the bag and two weeks for them to receive once shipped. Now I have a notice that it will be a month before its processed. That's a super long lead time.
Love thredUP! So much easier to sell clothes! I used to sort clothes, haul them to Clothes Mentor or Plato's Closet, only to be disappointed that they would only take a couple of items. Hauling clothes back home was a pain!

The sweaters I ordered in my size were either too large or too small, and didn't fit well. It takes a LOT of effort to look through the offerings, even when I narrow it down by size, type of garment, or even color. I just don't have that kind of time, but it would be much better for someone who has lots of free time for browsing.
I love Thredup for the quality, variety, price and their customer care. It's a great site where I can buy designer clothes (that I otherwise wouldn't buy) for a fraction of the price. So far my experience has been great and a small issue I did have with a return item was sorted out immediately.

I purchased a pair of sneaker for my son who wears a 5 1/2 youth. The sneaks on the site was labeled 5 1/2 youth but when I got them, they were shoes for toddlers and could only get a credit for them not a refund. That was not what I was expecting.
