I have been happy with what I received. However, I had an order cancelled and it took them a few days to response when I asked why. They responded that the items where no longer available due a mix up. Also, I sold a bag of stuff to them and only received $4.55. I feel like I was ripped off. I understand they have to make a profit but i think their prices could be more fair.
I really enjoy Thredup; they make it so easy to send it your clothing! My only slight frustration occurred with my last bag, when a couple of my items were marked as "need washing". I wish I could get more of an explanation, especially when I know everything was clean! But it's a minor issue. All in all this company is great.
Ordered two weeks ago and my items are still not here. Tracking said they would be here one week after I ordered then it changed to one week and three days and now huge change from today until next week getting really frustrated

I live ThredUp, especially for tried and true jeans from manufacturers I love. But I would like to see clothing measured and then the ability to search by those measurements.
I love longer shirts and shorter inseam jeans. When I see "midrise" versus "lowrise" in a pants description, that means nothing, because it hasn't been standardized. If I see a rise of 5" versus a rise of 7", that helps me much more. Same thing with busy circumference. I hate having to return shirts that are marked a size L or XL only to find out one is sized for juniors and one for women. Measure the clothes and ease up the returns!

It was fun looking through the great selection of clothes for my daughter, and everything arrived really fast! Seller's descriptions were accurate, except items that were more worn were also slightly smaller than size due to washing/drying. Overall I was very satisfied and recommended to friends.
My bag still hasn't been processed and it's been almost a month since they've received it, it was delayed again after it was received. I've been taking my other items to consignment stores, likely won't be using this service again.

It seems to take Forever to have the bags looked through and to let you know if you made anything. I will be really disappointed to wait so long and then barely get anything back but we will see someday
I feel like so many times clothes don't work out and it's a hassle to return. I love how it's free returns and how easy it is to sort to my size and type of clothing. Easy to shop and very satisfied with what I have purchased. I recommend to all of my friends and family
