I placed two orders within a week. The first order had one item that was the wrong size (offered for sale as a size 6 however the tag clearly said size 8) and one item with a huge unreported stain down the front. The second order was for a pair of sandals that were so badly discolored that it would be difficult to sell them at a garage sale. And then to make my experience even worse I was forced to pay a "handling" expense of $9 to get credit back to my credit card.
This is an amazing site with great deals. I'm addicted to the referral program!

I ordered a girls dress described as size 16 and when it was delivered it was obviously several sizes smaller and was un-returnable. I have been very satisfied with Thred-up until this unpleasant experience. I will be hesitant to order again.

Holiday free s+h was a lie when i sent friends 20$ it wouldnt let them get free s+h and promotion said for the holiday till 12/14/15
Felt like i got great quality clothes at a good price. Great for kids clothes. When you know it will only fit them for a short while so you don't want to spend too much. The app is user friendly and easy to navigate. Ordering and shipping was really easy. I plan on using this a lot in the future.
Loved seeing all the different clothing pieces to choose from! Lots of name brand things that I would never buy full price and all in wonderful condition. Bought a nice Coach bag and several wool skirts and am very satisfied with the quality of each item. Only thing I would want to know is more specifics about the clothing, like, the name of the model of the skirt and if it fits on the smaller or larger end of sizing (I found that a couple of the size 6 skirts I bought were more like a size 4). Otherwise, I've been recommending this site to anyone I know who is trying to save money but still look good!
Love the concept but I've sent back more things then I kept. The returns were either poor fits or the material ended up dry clean only or not as imagined. But the customer service has been terrific!
I shopped on ThredUp because I received $20 for free from being referred by a friend! Overall I really enjoyed my experience & my purchases from there! Some items fit better than others, because as most of is know most sizes differ between brands. Overall I really enjoyed using ThredUp!
One bag was ok but the red one had a COMPLETELY distorted bottom which could only have come from it being stored in a crushed position... Tried to straighten with no luck so now that will go in the goodwill bag... Waste of money and it was by no means CHEAP
