I really love this site. It has been great. But we had some up and down. One of the pants we ordered was not able to be found at their warehouse. One shirt that my daughter did get did have a flaw. We did know that was the case. At first she was ok with it, but later didn't want to wear it anymore. But it is our fault that we can't return it, since she did wear it for a time. But because the price was good, it was not a great lost.
I have made a few purchases from thredUp and have been extremely happy with both. My teenage daughters love to purchase unique and classic items. ThredUp is a great resource to keep me within budget! I've told many people about the great prices and the wonderful quality!
I ordered a beautiful coat. The tag said Medium. I'm 5'2" and 130 pounds. This coat was so big. It had to be an extra large. I sent it back and was given a credit. I enjoyed spending my credit toward another item.

And some pieces were actually FREE because I donated my own clothing in a thredUP bag! This is honestly the nicest wardrobe I have ever had. I reserached capsule wardrobes and ideas on Pinterest, and then shopped for them on THredUP. My closet is filled with gorgeous clothes, and I leave the house to teach feeling a new sense of confidence and style. Thank you, THredUP. I am a lifer!:-)
I have placed three orders so far, each time I experienced excellent turnaround time as well as receiving high quality merchandise. All the clothes I have purchased look brand new. I have since donated and look forward to shopping with my credit.
The only downside so far to ThredUp has been the return policy. They want almost as much as the item costs to restock it. So if you get something in what you think will be your size and it turns out it doesn't fit, you'll only get a small portion of your money back. I understand that they need to be able to pay for their employees but $8.99 seems excessive. Other than that, the selection has been great, the clothes that I have purchased have all been in great condition. I just alway shop with caution due to the return policy. I would recommend giving them a try!

First off the website was great as was the quality and selection. The issue was the fact that they mail things fedex which changed the arrival date twice on me and not until the day of last expected arrival. All in all though great company.
All good I like thred up only one thing is you can't exchange the item when u got it free using credits for reffering somebody. I order large but became Xxl..
