I was very impressed with how quick my package shipped and the quality of the clothing. When I received my package, it looked as if someone had taken time to neatly package the clothing. I was amazed that the clothing was actually wrapped in tissue paper, not just thrown into a plastic bag for shipping. I have ordered several times and will order again. I have also recommended this site to all my friends.

Other than one order where I did not get the discount - everything has been good. When I tried to enter the code it jumped to next page

Since then- it has been fine.

I've been so pleased with thredUP's services. From purchased items, fast answers to emails, delivery time & all points in between. Maybe it's just me but I find the obvious care put into preparing packages for shipping so charming. A bonus detail that I appreciate.

It was fun looking through all the clothes and picking my favorites. Being able to try everything on in the comfort of my own home was wonderful. Almost everything that I purchased fit nicely. The few things that didn't fit or that didn't work out well were very easy to return.

Not the greatest idea if you want to make a little cash back for your great clothing. It is great if you basically want to give everything away for no money

In my experience, I have found that the sizes are not always correct. I ordered several belts this last order and all but one were too small. If they would have been the size that the web site said they were, then they would have fit. I also ordered a coat, with my first order, that was listed in the women's and when it came in it was a little girls coat.

Items are good quality and good price. Easy returns.

I ordered several items and among them a sweater listed as a size Medium. When it got here, the packing slip said medium but the sweater was actually a size Small. It's just too much hassle to return it for store credit. I am disappointed with this careless mistake.

Purchased 2 shirts for my daughter, using money in my account with three up, plus a 20 percent off discount code and free shipping. Needless to say super excited, items got here in a timely manner and in perfect shape. Mt daughter loves her new shirts.
