Everything was exactly as described and fit perfectly- for me and my son.

I sent in a variety of items to ThreadUp. It took 6-8 weeks to get them processed. Some were bought at a pitifully small amount, a couple of items put on consignment and the rest given away. I got so little payback, that I will take them to a consignment store next time or give them away.
However, the buyer of these threads can get a deal... definitely not the seller!

I am very pleased with my first order. I ordered a pair of sandles and they fit perfectly. I also ordered a Nine West clutch and it was even nicer than pictured. I am looking forward to the arrival of my next purchase. I will remember to check with thredUP before going shopping!

The items arrived quickly and were exactly as described. I had to return the flip flops b/c they were very uncomfortable (which is probably why they were basically brand new). But the return procedure is super easy and the store credit will definitely be used! Excellent place for buying kids' clothes at reasonable prices. I have yet to buy anything for myself, but certainly plan on it if I see something I like.

The first package I reviewed was in a beautiful box and very nice. The clothes have a scent obviously because they aren't wash and that's the only con. But otherwise the clothes are nice and accurate to pictures and description.

I ordered a handbag and when it came it's the size of a wallet or child's play purse. Trying to return it is frustrating. Will not let me log into my account. There is no visible phone number to talk to a representative.

This purse was in excellent condition! Besides one little mark that kind of looks like paint, it looks brand new. It's exactly what I needed!

I buy from Thread Up for my 2 daughters and myself. I've never been dissatisfied. The quality is always above my expectation and the costs fit within my tight budget. I purchased jeans, denim shorts and shirts for back to school, along with several shirts.

I like shopping on thredUP, the only bad thing is the order prepared time and shipping time. For my two experience shopping with thredUP, it took about one week to prepare my order and then another week until I receive it. I understand that you might have many items to sort and get, but the speed is just a little slow.

I bought the perfect pair of Ann Taylor Loft jeans! I love them. If they aren't brand new, they sure look like it. I am a huge fan of thredUP!

I need a review of my order after I put my charge card number in. I didn't see where to put a code in for a percentage off and then couldn't find anyway to go back after I put in my charge card number. I actually need more than 2 weeks to return items I don't want.

I love working with thred up, I am selling and then turning around and purchasing with the money earned. The items are great and arrive well packaged and very quickly.
